This is a great rowing machine.  It's very quiet. It doesn't seem like it will do much.

I'm at 15 minutes per day for just 3 days and can already see a difference.  The tension is to the max. 

This is a great machine for the price and will definitely keep you fit. 

If you are looking for something that is a great price, do not expect the hydro however this will give you a great workout!

Great rowing machine and the price is even better.

For the price, my expectations were low. However, this rowing machine was a bargain. Its quality is way up there. Couldn't be more pleased with the machine. It is especially good for a senior. For a young, strong person, they may want more resistance than what is built into the machine. But for an older person, it could not be better.

Ideal for older person

I live in an apartment on the second floor.  I like that the machine does not make any noise so it is not a problem to the tenant living under me.  With 16 settings you can start off at an easier pace and increase it as you work out.  I am 80 years old and this machine has really improved my energy.  It is a great machine for any age and the fact that you can see your time, calories burned and several other items on the monitor is a plus factor.  Very impressed with the product and the Customer Support.

Wow, this thing is great! It was super easy to assemble and lightweight. It seems pretty easy when you start rowing but it can really make 10 minutes fee like forever.

Great item!

Took about an hour to assemble, directions were easy to follow!  My wife finds the rower to be comfortable and stimulating to use.  Good value for the money.

Easy to assemble. It could have had harder levels from beginning to end. 1-16, I wish there was a way to adjust it. level 16 should have been level one.

It's a great for exercising, my legs and arms, however, I am a 64  woman who's at a stroke so my left side is weak. It is close to impossible to get up without hurting myself,  because it's so low to the floor. 
I hope that Merache will make something to raise it up off the floor in the near future! I'm open to any suggestions of how  to safely, make it higher off the floor! Thank you!

I'm in a wheel chair and 72 years old. I've used rowing machines before and It is one of my favorite exercises. It suits my capabilities.  Whether in the gym or  using the home unit I had there was a monitor which tracked time, rowing pace and resistance levels. This unit is so equipped.

I;'m in a wheelchair and I was able to assemble the rower without assistance. (The most difficult part of the assembly was unpacking the equipment..)The bracket for the monitor, welded on at the factory, is upside down and backward. I have many years of experience reading blueprints and fabricating from drawings.. It's backward to the instruction drawing. The monitor is useless. Frustrating. Returning the product is not an option. The packaging was destroyed during the unwrapping. I'm not going to disassemble the equipment. 

It can be used for the basis of its function. I can row on it, set the resistance, and use a timer to  row. I'm going to pursue some adjustment from Walmart/Manufacturer.

Almost there.

I have very latest Apple IPhone and iWatch. Merach claims the app will work fine with the smart gadgets. However, it does not. I Start rowing with integrated watch and phone app, and within minutes the watch application hangs, and watch cannot communicate with phone app. The machine between the effort levels is not great either. Poor quality
