These are grossly undersized. I normally wear a 2XL in Hanes A-shirts. i bought the Knocker A-shirts in 3XL thinking they may run a little small. But they fit more like a 1 XL. They would fit great if you really wanted an XL size. Not sure I'm willing to risk getting the 5XL to get a true 3XL at this point.
