We purchased this mount for our 65 inch tv. Assembly was with its challenges but nothing a little creativity can't fix. I believe it was more of the wall than the mount itself.

I bought 2 wall mounts. The drywall anchors all snapped not one worked!! Even after just using a screwdriver. Also the screws for the anchors more than half were not properly made so we could get any screw driver but to work for them. Installation was impossible due to faulty equipment.

Well it had been opened and it was missing one of the long arms that goes on the back of the Tv so I will be returning this.

Not the right item. This one didn't come with the long swivel that it shows.

Do not order if you expect a long swivel!

Missing the screws and the package was already opened when it was delivered today. Hopefully we have extra screws that will fit if not it will be returned.

please stop using fedex for deliverys they are always delivering packages to the wrong address and now i dont have my package because they delivered it to the wrong house hopefully the people will be honest and return it as per photo not my house.

Do not buy. I bought this a little while ago and had it stored because I was moving. Now that I am moved in, I opened it to mount my tv, and it is missing a one of the brackets that goes attached to the tv. How can you ship something with missing parts. Now I'm to late and can't return/exchange. Gonna have to purchase another mount.
