absolutely great purchase..used for  spare bedroom.  Company used it and loved it. Built very sturdy

Took about 1 hour to put together  the bed has plastic gripping on the bottom so it doesn't scrape your tile i waited 1 month before doing this review and is good quality my son cant break this.

Good quality

I purchased this bed for my teenage son of 14. I wanted something simple but still nice for a growing teen. It's a good sturdy bed it's not heavy and it's lightweight so the metal may not be suitable for children who jump and are rough with furniture. Also the head board is like a leather feel to it but it's not. It was perfect for my growing son, all he does is sleep on it when it's time for bed and he games and goes outside to play football so it was perfect for him and while on a budget!

Bed quality and material

Nice looking bed. Easy to put together. The center legs wasn't as sturdy as what I thought they would be. The stickiness on the slats of the bed really makes no sense to me. Pretty sure it's not going to keep the mattress from sliding. Corner foam pieces keep falling off.

Okay for kids

Hard to recommend a product that never arrived. Item was due on 7/10/24 and for some reason tracking shows delivered on the 7th of July?

Delivery didn't happen.

Oh well, refunded.

Never Arrived - Refundef

This is bigger than I expected. However my main issue is the fact that one broke one day after it was assembled. There is a metal piece that kinda stands alone and bent. My son is 7 and weighs less than 90 lbs. So how how how does this break! I bought 2. Both the rails never stay in place and just fall out. My other son weighs almost 100. With this boasting to handle so much weight how am I having these issues?  Then I requested a new bed be exchanged and they said I was going to receive an email to file a claim to get a replacement and I've looked for it for months with nothing. With a 2 year ins...I hope to update this section with better news.

The middle leg is already bending and looks like it's ready to break!!!   Definitely can't hold 1000 pounds lucky if it holds 200 lbs.

Do not order this item from the seller. The shipping is exorbitant and I had canceled the order within 20 minutes of ordering it and they still shipped it anyway. I know they had not already shipped it within that 20 minute timeframe.

Queen Size Trash, Real Review for iPormis Queen Size Metal Bed Frame with Black Faux Leather Upholstered Headboard, 12'' Underbed Space, Black:

I am very dissatisfied with how Walmart handled my issue regarding a defective item and a simple refund.

Customer support confirmed via chat that a refund was approved, only for that decision to be reversed later the same day through an email, without a clear explanation. Being told one thing and then denied afterward is unacceptable.

Pieces did not fit properly, bet, deffective, too small, weird trash. Queen size. BUY ELSEHWERE! DO NOT BUY!

This experience showed a lack of consistency and accountability and has significantly reduced my trust in the company. It made me feel that Walmart does not value or respect its customers.

Horrible company. I've been emailing back and forth for over a month now for a missing piece. Only 1 email they send per day. They ask the same question over and over. Told them the pieces I was missing. Confirmed at least 3 times. When pieces got to me they were incorrect. Waste of time and money!!!!!!
