Stays in place, covers all the sore areas. And that easy to use magnetic closure holds the cape secure across the shoulders so it *doesn't* shift around even with (mild) movement.
This saved my husband work day/s. Every so often my husband will lean too long on his elbows while playing video games, which hangs the weight of his whole torso on his trapezius. He wakes up immobile, in muscle pain all the way up his neck, often with a bonus headache, and it all takes DAYS to fade. He can, however do (desk) work *while* wearing this and the targeted heat almost immediately loosens up his stiff shoulders.

This heating pad really surprised me. Before buying it, I thought it might feel stiff or rigid, but it lays flat and drapes nicely wherever you place it. The material is incredibly soft — very plush and comfortable against the skin.

I like the snap buttons to keep it in place, but I often lay it across a cushion and use it on different areas, not just my neck and shoulders. I've even used it on my hips, which feels like an extra bonus since it's not advertised that way.

The only downside is that the cord and control piece are a little clunky. Not a deal breaker, just something that could be improved.

Overall, it's soft, flexible, and more versatile than it looks in photos. I'm very happy with it.

Softer and More Versatile Than It Looks

Cheaper than the big online conglomerate (by a lot), faster than said retailer (by a few days) and is the perfect shoulder/neck heating pad! 

Heating pad is super soft to touch, flexible and  weighted which helps it drape perfectly across shoulders and around neck making contact with all those muscles that a regular rectangular/stiffer heating pad just can't efficiently make contact with. Has several heat settings and a timer with auto shut off. This is quite literally the best heating pad I've used. Feels like a lovely hug of comfort! And it's even washable.

The Perfect Heating Pad

It's perfect! My husband had a pain in his neck, it's gone! Originally it was advertised under "women" so I was not sure if it would fit properly on a man, no problem.  the timing and heat output adjustments are a plus. I have already recommended to tow friends.

Product is easy to use. It it is soft and weighted. I like the ability to control the heat temperature and timer. I use it every day to help my chronic pain. It was a great value for the money/price. I would definitely recommend this item.

Simply wonderful

It works BUT
Cord was on wrong side for us. It could be a bit longer also. Didn't want to use extension cord so flipping it inside out worked.
Odd turn on . You have to hold the button to activate. I almost returned it thinking it didn't work. THEN I  read instructions...you know that paper you are ALWAYS asked to read before using a new item?! That paper.
However this only stays on for two hours. I wish they would stop with the automatic  short heat periods on heating pads  ..so exasperating. Especially for those elders like us with severe arthritis . My husband previously had one that stayed on for 6 hours. That was great but it was a bit too long in body  length ... This one is a better  shorter length  since he uses it just for a bad shoulder. It doesn't bunch up behind his back which I think is safer . No over heating .

Nice Size For  Shoulder Pain.

Ordered this before valentines weekend and it's taken more than a week to get here. Don't expect this item to arrive overnight. Maybe it will maybe it won't

Be prepared to wait…

I like the feel and the ease of use. However, the most important part is heating. It was mostly in the upper back area, and didn't get as hot as I liked. I needed more heat on the neck and shoulders.

I liked the weight of it and it was very comfortable. The material was incredibly soft.   The problem I had was it just wasn't hot enough to relieve the muscle tension. I going to return it and try a different brand.

the Power Cord/Connecter sits Right on the Right Shoulder. It is big %26 bulky and the heating pad is not Reversible, So it can Only be worn on the Right side. This Design was Poorly Thought out. 🤔😞
