The rear part of the keel broke off my tandem kayak, and Lifetime is sending out replacement parts with no questions asked, no fuss, no red tape. They stand behind their stuff and so their products retain value and usefulness. I am pleased with my purchases and will not hesitate to purchase from Lifetime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the tandem Kayak some 3 months ago and used it several times.  Love the product. It's very tough and durable while very stable.  It is comfortable to sit in and use.  Great features built-in.
Customer service was super responsive and quick.  I had a question and a small issue and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue and surpassed my expectations.  Very appreciative of this company and certainly pleased with it.

Amazing products and services

Very stable, durable and tons of fun.  Plus the folks at Lifetime sent me replacement buckle for the seat strap that I lost.  I highly recommend their kayaks!

Love my Spitfire 12T Tandem Kayak

I have always been so impressed by the quality of the products, and the customer service on those rare occasions when I've needed to call in. Today was no exception. It would have been easy for my rep Jonathan to not give me full respect or attention since I was calling about a second-hand product, but he was so professional, kind, and friendly. It is apparent that the Lifetime company wants customers for a lifetime!

Wonderful Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We already own and are very pleased with our Lifetime Temptation kayaks. When we were visiting relatives we used a tandem boat and liked it, so we took the plunge and purchased a Spitfire 12T. Our maiden voyage was three days of camping and paddling the intercoastal waterways of Chesapeake, Virginia. The Spitfire handled a variety of conditions very well. Be prepared to go faster than you would on your single. It is fun to be able to communicate easily and essential because the paddlers have to work as a team. During this trip, we shared bow and stern paddling duties and the only time we wished we had our singles was when we came across some truck tires - we could have paddled them out with singles, the tandem would have been overloaded. The rear cockpit always had a small amount of water, this is a potential problem in colder weather. We talked with customer service and they are sending out some scupper plugs which should help. Overall I highly recommend this boat.

The Spitfire is fun boat that paddles well in big waves, but excels on flatware.

I purchased a tandem Kayak and have truly enjoyed using it on a local river. My kids and I have been very pleased with the stability and quality of the kayak. One of the seat clips recently broke and Lifetime sent me replacement parts at no cost as part of the five year warranty. I highly recommend their Kayaks.

Great Kayak & warranty

We have lost some parts and some broken due to use by several families with kids.  The customer service for replacement parts has been excellent.  Most have been replace under warranty.  I will purchase again.

LIFETIME it's the BEST!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great family kayak for our ocean adventures. The cushion on the bottom part of the seat isn't attached very well so they came loose not long after purchasing so we just had to place down before entering the water. We actually lost the seats recently and when I called to order replacements, customer service sent a quick reply and ended up ordering some for me free of charge! Made my day!

Good product, great customer service!

I am still waiting for it to come in. Communication is very slow and very difficult to reach anyone by email or on the phone. I don't think I can evaluate the product until it arrives. Maybe I will get an update soon?

Still waiting on the kayak.
