Excellent clothes rack

got this for my niece and her husband who just moved into their house. they needed something to hang their clothes on until they were able to move in completely. well, needless to say, they love it! it has two sturdy racks for his and hers. they have places some toiletries on the bottom. my nephew easily assumed it in about 15 minutes.  they love that it's mobile. the wheels are sturdy and durable. this is really nice. 👌🏾

I put the rack together and at the very end I noticed that one of the pieces did not have a hole for part F.  I have written to the email address on the bottom of the form, but have not received any feedback.
This is the first time that I have been disappointed with your product.

It was easy but timely to assemble this but after I set it in place I started putting blouses on it and the bottom rod broke every thing fell off and the metal split making it only 1/2 good. I was so disappointed as it appeared to be sturdy but was not.  I called customer service told them about my incident but they wanted me to bring it in which was impossible  for me to do as it was too large for me to bring on public transportation that’s why I use delivery!! I give it a one star because it’s very flimsy. The sticks are very skinny. It says that it holds two big bottles of water and that is not true I give this a zero out of 10, but since it has five stars, I had to put one star, but I’ll give it a zero stars because it looks very strong in the picture but when you get it, it’s not worth the $52 It is very flimsy.

If I could put negative stars on this, I would. It is extremely flimsy and not sturdy at all. Used it one time and it literally broke when I hung clothes on it. Very disappointed.

arrived with two holes on each end of the package. flimsy cardboard as well. cant talk for the item quality since i still need to build it but the shipping condishion isnt a good start.

Shipping box cheap and came damaged.

One part of the product was duplicated with another part missing and I was unable to complete assembly to use the garment rack. Walmart customer service responded that someone from the manufacturer would be in touch in 48 hours and it’s been 5 days. How can I get in touch with the company that packaged this product incorrectly and enjoy my garment rack? Such a waste of money and time.

Quality control in packaging not good

I cannot recommend this product. It’s not worth the time to put it together or the $50 it costs. I realize it’s an inexpensive “solution”, but a solution, it is not. I put this together last night and the top bar is already bending. If I were willing to go through the hassle of taking it apart, I would return it.

The rack is not fully functional because clothes don’t actually fit on both sides together. You have to stagger one item on one side and one item on the other which defeats the purpose. It actually means the rack can only hold half as many items. It’s also a little wobbly once all the screws are tightened.
