Patience is so important with this crafty exercise device!  It's incredibly easy to use; HOWEVER, you must be careful and manage weight distribution.  It's IMPORTANT to realize the exercise device is very easy to use...and therefore, be patient - going slow and staying focused will prevent falling.

I quite enjoy this little machine.  I haven't used the bungie hand cords that came with it, I just use small weights while on it.  I have pretty good balance, but if you don't, you definitely need to hold on to something while getting on to avoid movement on the foot pad.  I've used for a few weeks now and enjoy it.  During winter months it's helped get me off the couch and moving while still watching shows.  Also quiet, small and easy to store away under couch or end table when not in use.

This was already assembled, except quickly attaching the handles. It’s lightweight enough to carry around, but feels sturdy and well made to move on. Small enough to store easily under the bed. It’s really fun to use and targets the ever challenging mid section very well. I love the color and you can’t beat the price!

New fun, favorite workout gadget!

I saw this item advertised on another platform but decided to order it through Walmart. The product was extremely easy to assemble and it is truly a workout! You will not be disappointed.

Super easy and effective!! I've owned this for a few weeks at the time of writing the review.  My stomach has tightened up.  I find this easy to use while I watch tv.

easy core workout

Omg I absolutely LOVE it!!! It shows up already assembled, just needs one piece screwed on in the middle, and is ready for use! Its fun and definitely works! I've already lost a few lbs! :) I highly recommend!!

I really like it I am 62 years old I get on it 2 times a day I do 250 slow twist each time. So I do not lose my balance I hold on to my treadmill handles. Hope this helps.

item arrived dented, damaged and i believe used. the bands that come with it was already broken and not able to attach to the machine due to the elastic cord being broken

Very easy to use %26 felt like it was productive for the target areas however, it fell apart the 4th time i used it. 

I would not purchase again or recommend. 
Very disappointed

The product advertises multiple different resistance intensity’s. Well I get the product and the resistance adjuster is just a barring and screw that hold it together and have absolutely zero effect on the intensity of your workout.
