didn't receive dress even though it was indicated as being in the e package i received.  when i contacted walmart i ended up speaking to a representative with an extremely heavy accent. i explained to him i was hearing impaired and could not understand him...and asked for someone else.  he then repeatedly said he could ot do that unless i told him WHO i wanted to talk to...i again told him someone with a clearer voice i might understand. he refused.  this is so frustrating with all the AI on the front end of the call and then this.
