It's really easy to use, and the design and materials look very high-end. The swinging range is just right — the first level is very gentle, perfect for helping the baby fall asleep. My baby really likes sitting in it now! During mealtime, I can put her in the rocker to free my hands, and I can also do my own things nearby — like doing chores or relaxing with my phone.

Great value for the money

Super cute baby swing! It was easy to put together, I was able to assemble it in 10 minutes. I love the design and ease of use. The moon and star plushies are a nice touch. I like that it comes with a built in mosquito net and having the remote is very convenient. The baby bouncer is very soft and it soothes my baby to sleep. Overall very content that I was able to get a high quality functioning bouncer/swing with everything my baby could need.

Amazing baby swing

Got 2 months of use out of this swing before it no longer rocked/swung. internal gears sound like they came apart and are grinding. no volume control for the music.

Only worked for 2 months.

I like the swing when it was working. The battery does not stay charged. The swing worked for 3 months and then the wall adapter stopped working. Basically I just have a baby seat now. There is no way to get ahold of customer service. I have tried completing a form through Walmart to contact the seller, emailed the address on the instructions and emailed an address found online for the company. I've tried these modes of communication countless times over the past few weeks. I've even tried generic baby swing wall adapters through Amazon but none are compatible.

The first thing is it doesn't have a battery. it has to be plugged in all the time and where they put the plug at. it goes downwards towards the floor so it it only works for a short while because the cord gets bent and breaks. the mosquito net doesn't go all the way down and it's a pain in the butt because it always has to be plugged in the wall and it has a very short cord. worse baby swing I've ever bought!!

Worst swing ever!

I got this swing may 30th. 3 weeks after getting it the plug in stopped working not the cord but the part this is inside the swing. I didn't move the chair much. now my son is 6 months old and 17 pounds and he can't sit in it because it falls back making him fall on his head.
