it's a very well made basketball hoop and come with everything I needed simple instructions on how put it together and my kids love it price was great

bought for my granddaughters  age 6 and 8 so they could practice throwing higher.  Goal has sand to average 400 pounds so little girls shouldn't be able to turn it over on them. Bought for safety

Needed for a Christmas present. Arrived before promised. Quickly delivered to my house with free delivery.

Well worth the buy!!

poorly made for the price,  it fell over while putting it together and the basketball rim bent to a oval shape.

Cheaply made

Flawed design, missing bolts, bad instructions. 

Unboxing was easy and it was a breeze setting up the parts for putting everything together. As I was putting the bolts on the backboard I noticed I was missing two bolts. Fortunately I like to have spare bolts so I was able to use mine. As I got to the springs, I realized how hard it was to physically install them. It's doable but the instructions do not convey the correct steps or explains how much strength you have to put into it. Nor does it caution you to be careful for that danger reason. When I finally stood it up, it looked so off. I switched the orientation thinking I misinterpreted a step and it looked worse nearly pointing upwards at a 35-55 degree angle when lifting it height. I reversed it again and the base looked different from the picture in the instruction manual and online pictures. Felt flimsy and it safe for my kids to use. Returned. Don't recommend.

I ordered a basketball hoop and received a table and chairs. I reached out to this seller and they never even responded to my email…DONT BUY FROM THEM! I ended up returning the table and chairs and actually received a refund for the basketball hoop.

Wrong item sent

Ordered white box says white hired someone to put together helper had no idea what I ordered and told me it says white hired someone but it's black all out of the box etc so I'm not able to take it apart and return it ?

It looks and feels flimsy! The backboard is small and so is the base. Does not feel worth the price. i thought at this price point, we were getting a good durable goal. I'm afraid this one will be broken soon.

The package was delayed when they dropped it off At 10:25 I got the message at 10:40walked outside at 10:47 packed was nothing there…
