I have foot problems and my friend suggested this its been one of my best purchases! I have planters flangiitis  spelt wrong but its painful and this does relieve pain

Affordable and is working

Works great for under the desk quick foot massage. good size

it helps to relieve pain in my arch from plantar fasciitis as advertised

I used this roller for about 5 minutes every night and it helped my plantar ficiatis.  Be sure to wear thick socks and don't press down to hard because it will bruise your foot.  Also you can find one for about $5.00 in the shoe section at walmart. It does not show up when you search online.

Helped my plantar ficiatis!

I have horrible plantar fasciitis in my heel and this has been the only thing that's helped relieve a lot of pain. You have to be religious about it and make sure to use it morning and night every day, but it's breaking down the scar tissue build up and helping a lot when other insoles and stretching has failed to do so.

Great pain reliever

It's a perfect size for rolling your foot back and forth while seated. I was surprised it was pretty stiff as the appearance of the synthetic looks cushioned or softer. It provides the relief needed so I recommend it as a low tech, inexpensive therapy.

Over the last several months, I have developed quite a bit of pain and stiffness in my heels and arches. Manual massage helped, but I was in need of something that could provide more pressure and really reach those pain points. This little tool is sturdy enough to hold up to the pressure that I put on it and it's compact size means i can easily take it with me whenever I travel. I love it!

Really Helps Alleviate Pain

This product is a good price and it works well.
I bought it for foot massage because I had heel pain.
It is exactly the right hardness,and you can sit down and read while rolling it under your foot.

FOR WHAT IT'S MEANT TO, works great, don't expect a luxury massage experience bc it's obviously not, but it gives an AWESOME relief to your feet. I started a job in retail (standing and walking the full 8 hrs) and my feet were killing me, but I was not able to afford a fancy massager, so I got this one, first get my feet in hot water for 15-20 mins and then I use this, after a long shift this is perfect! And even with out the water, as soon as you get off your shoes this is great
