The transport chair is light, has adjustable foot reasts and easily folded and placed in a vehicle. It has hand breaks, which are great for going down a ramp. when at a standstill, you can push down on the brakes to lock the wheels in place. It is for pushing only. The rider cannot control the chair.

The chair makes it much easier to transport someone.  It pushes easily, even up an incline.  It folds in half and fits in our trunk.  There is no problem getting in.  The person who pushes it just sets the brakes so it won't move.  There is a seat belt.   
We are very pleased with the chair.

Transport Chair Makes Transportation Much Easier

Very nice %26 sturdy wheelchair! Great price too! Mostly put together when it arrived except for the foot rests which was also helpful. This was comfortable for my daughter when she fractured her foot. She wasn't comfortable using crutches or a walking boot so we purchased this. Excellent buy! :)

I would definitely recommend this chair. I purchased this transport chair for my elderly mother, and it has been a lifesaver. It's very user-friendly and relatively light at just 19 lbs compared to a traditional wheelchair. It folds down quite flat, so it fits nicely in the trunk of my car. It also maneuvers very well, especially in the narrow hallways at her doctor's office.

Chair is very easy to set up and use, as well as collapsing it. Chair has a sturdy frame with some weight to it, but easy enough to pick up and place in trunk of car. Chair has been used many times to take person for walks, and it is very maneuverable. Solid wheels. Highly recommend for the price.

Good Buy

Easy to fold and unfold. Much lighter than a normal wheelchair. Nice size wheels for a smooth ride and less difficulty with rough surfaces.  Really liked the brakes being part of handles so I didn't need to bend over to set them. The person I was giving a ride, wanted more control over the travel - so now looking for a lighter wheelchair with a wider seat.

Easy to set up and use.

I thought I was getting a so-so built wheel chair but this one is all solid metal and other quality material plus it is good looking and has all the features of a more expensive design such as brakes, foot tilt, etc. The only thing missing was a belt to tie in the subject but that is something you can get cheaply or even improvise yourself. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase

The transport chair seat is a couple inches too tall for my short legs. 
    I can't maneuver myself around with it because of this, and. My assisted living facility requires me to do this now that I cannot walk!
     I want to return this item.

Chair was too narrow  it says up to 300lbs but I'm 260  it rubs my ribs and hips, it is a good chair rolls smoothly, I will still use it, my great grand baby loves to ride in it he's only18 month old, we wrap him in with seatbelt that came with it,so it will be used, it's a great chair for maybe  a 200lb person,

The seat is barely 18 1/2" wide and the width between the armrests is only 16" so once my husband got into the chair he almost couldn't get out.  It took 15 minutes of us both pushing and pulling to get him out.  The old version of this chair was much wider and had manual brakes down by the wheel in addition to the handbrakes.  Will be returning this unfortunately
