[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had 1 combo set, then purchased 2 more and used the Smart Key to be able to use 1 key for the whole house. Easy install however had I not called Kwikset I would NOT have known about the free special tool they can send to reverse the door knob cylinders so that the key hole insertion is the same direction/configuration as the deadbolt - which is needed depending on what side of the door it is being installed (right vs. left). This definitely should be mentioned within the instructions and/or the tool automatically included as other brands can be reversed without a tool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have both the Juno and Tylo lock sets installed for Rental units. Both lock sets work great using the re-key feature. However I am switching all of my locks from the Tylo series to the Juno series. The Tylo door knobs start to spin the outside knob after about two years of use. The Juno lock has stayed very firm over the last 18 months. In my area the Tylo is about half the price of the Juno so I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend the Tylo unless you are using it for a flip home or have limited the use of the lock. I love the Juno lock set!
