Genuinely a 5-star review. Assembly took 5-10 minutes or less. I searched around Amazon and other Walmart options. I ultimately landed on this item, and I am incredibly pleased. The quality was incredible. The color was perfect. The box it shipped in was smaller than I envisioned. The quality of this product for the price is absolutely outstanding. (I was not incentivized at all to write this review, and this is my personal, genuine experience.)

Genuine review - Highly Recommend

I have been looking for some kind of futton for my tiny second room in apartment. I visited furniture store (very $$$), I checked Amazon, Ikea... They all looked kind of ugly or had bad reviews. A few days ago this one on Walmart popped up. Good reviews, looked cute in photos, size was perfect. I need something I can sleep on a few days when a friend will visit soon, or for my grandchildren who do the occasional sleepover at grams place!  It was written in review that it was not comfortable for sleeping, but I figured I will give it a try and buy a memory foam mat to throw over it if needed.    So it was delivered today, it was a quick and free delivery, I was impressed. It had all pieces, and they now put a long red ribbon that hangs out so no one can miss the pocket where the  hardware and the (easy and very detailed) instructions are stored. Once assembled I lay down on it to see if it was so awful and I thought it was quite comfy. Maybe not as a full time bed, but for occasional use it seems pretty great to me.   So now I just need to buy myself a cute stand lamp and a faux fur and put my picture up and I will have a lovely little cozy space to enjoy.   So, I am more than satisfied with this purchase and I recommend it to anyone considering!

Better than we expected! For this for our son for his TV room.  It's sturdy and well made and the faux leather is very soft.  You don't feel like your are sticking to it.  My son is 6'2” and he said it's comfortable for him so much so that he laid it down and was able to nap on it

Really nice

I am completely satisfied with the replacement product and it's very good quality, along with easy put together. Hot because I was first delivered a previously owned damaged product and met with resistance when I asked for a replacement by store employees, I give the product a lower rating

The futon looks fancy and modern, very good appearance and looks not cheap!
However, I feel it should be more fit in office environment, it could be more comfy as the one i am using in my living room. There are 3 levels for the backrests is either too straight or laid back too much.

It’s great for a starter or if you’re in a pinch . Probably better if you don’t have rough kiddos. It’s somewhat sturdy. It’s not an eye sore , You get what you pay for. It’s held up for 6 months with my kids so far. I bought a 2nd one a few months into having the first . A bolt came loose off one and  tries to separate also one side won’t stay seated up right. And there’s a sink hole on the other side. I do not like the creases and crevices. Couldn’t imagine how much debris could actually get in there. But it’s a waterproof fabric fake leather. My kids think it’s a jungle gym and it hasn’t started peeling so that’s a plus.

Nice starter

While assembly is super easy, the futon isn't very comfortable! while its sat all the way up its extremely uncomfortable, the next notch down makes it to where you cant see a tv in-front of you and the next notch is just completely flat. If they were to change one thing about this product, i think they should add a notch between the first and second notches it would make everything so much more comfortable.

Decently comfy, cheap, arrived quick, pathetic quality control 👍 It looks as though someone ripped out the hinge unit on one side and then returned it.  Unusable as a couch. Oh and a stain on the headrest. Time for a homedepot trip to do what the factory couldn't.

Quality Control Nonexistent

Today I'm gonna research how I return this I tipped and flipped the couch… I can't speak to assembly because I hired the professional assembly person. But I got really hurt and landed on my tailbone and my laptop went flying as well and luckily didn't break.. I really like the couch so I'm really disappointed in the fact that it almost murdered me.  I do not recommend this. This is dangerous piece of furniture.

I had high hopes, but for the price I got what I paid for. Low quality, 0 comfort, rickety, all particle board, complete garbage. I got it for an overnight guest but had to go back to Walmart to get a topper to try and make it comfortable enough for my guest to get by with it for the weekend. Don't waste your money!
