It is cute and warm. good for the price. one of the eyes came off the first time it was worn. I used it for a Halloween costume then gave it away.

Cute and comfortable

Although very cute, it's only for shorter people or short torso. If you have a longer torso, let's just say you won't be zipping it up all the way.

it did not have the feet . it supposed to have feet.

The original package came open, the black plush falls off easily, the hat is not the same as the photo. Poor quality, poor shape.  I'm afraid to wash it, I feel like it's going to fall apart.

it doesn't match the photo

never received it  and I have been getting the run round about my refund
