Amazing bike overall. Only problem i had was the internal gears broke (i mean i did leave it out in the cold). I tried to fix it but no one anywhere sold the right sized gears (48.5mmx12mm left helical gears 36t, I think its 48.5 could be bigger but the largest i could find ANYWHERE we're 47.5mmx12mm) so I opted to buy a new bike. I would have bought this bike again but I bought some more batteries to take with me so I could go super far and back but the batteries were slightly too big for the bike frame and we're hard to get on and especially hard to get off. But overall I would really consider buying this bike if you're looking for something good.

Its value for money definitely compare to local bike's stores, very upscale  looking bike,  these days bikes are short in length i guess, this one too, but  it delivers the works, good speed and breaks as well, i added mud guard, lock, airtag holder and phone mount, they are cheap so not an issue,  so far so good, i hope it will work in rain too.

The instructions are a little vague but the seller was quick to answer all my questionis.

This bike is amazing and a great ebike for the value.

We have been working with both the seller and Walmart for more than a month as the front wheel has a broken spoke. Initially both were responsive and helpful. Now the advice of Walmart is to return the bike. We cannot return the bike. It's heavy, would need to disassembled and would need to be packed and shipped back: all more time and money than the original cost of the bike. If you get lucky and receive one in good shape you'll be fine. If you need help you'll be left without options. Really, really disappointing service.

Terrible customer service - beware.

I just finished putting the bike together inside my garage.  Front wheel bearing has a quarter inch of side to side movement, does not feel safe to ride.  I am 5' 11" and my knees almost touch the steering wheel when I turn the wheel.  However when I turn the wheel my feet do hit the front wheel.  I haven't even tried riding with the battery(I just peddled it around in my garage) and I don't think I will even try it.  The battery mounting to the frame is super flimsy and feels as it would easily get knocked off.  I'm very disappointed in Walmart for offering this as a flash sale as it was a great deal.  This is the second time in a row that Walmart has wasted my time and money on flash sale, when in fact they are just selling an over priced piece of junk. I will be returning the bike.
