I always use Elf products. They are great and a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very very fine tip! Gives small, hairlike strokes. Easy to blend and very pigmented too. It glides on very creamy, there is no hard pencil feeling with this at all. The spookiest blends everything out and it stays on very well. I like this product overall and it's a good addition to my collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is great! Easy to throw in your purse. Was a very easy to use product. The color was not too dark either. The build is that of an eyeliner pencil which makes it easier to hold and make sure you get the brow you want.

Convenient

Looks natural and easy to apply but tends to break off even when gentle applying. Loss of product and not a lot in the tube to begin with. Overall recommend this

Great natural looking but brittle product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It needs to be used very carefully- Don't twist too much product out, as it can break easily. Overall, it's not a bad brown pencil. It has a convenient spoolie brush and applies quite smoothly.
However, unfortunately, the shade didn't quite match me, so it wasn't the perfect fit for my brows.

A convenient brow pencil, but the shade isn't for me.

When I would apply it, it would break off. Basically wasted.  Making it run out extremely fast.

would not recommend

When I received it, I opened it and twisted the bottom portion off to expose the actual brow pencil that was supposed to be inside, to check the color and found it was totally empty. The actual pencil part was totally missing. It had the brush on the top of the stick, but no pencil inside, only the part where it was supposed to be attached to.

What happened to the actual pencil part??

I give Walmart a one start as I never received the item once marked delivered with a picture that was clearly not my home. 

However I typically love ELF products so I'm sure I would this one also.

The pencil lead broke off the first time I used it. When I tried to screw the tip up it was empty.
