If you buy this product for the continous measurements, know that the battery lasts about a day or less with those features. Nice watch. Easy to connect, setup and use. I don't know if the vital measurements are accurate.

LOVE the watch. Very helpful with heath stats (heart rate, number of steps, stress level, sleep quality). Can easily receive and answer messages, also can answer important calls when I don’t have my phone. Added Gemini to the watch and it’s an easy way to ask quick questions. 
Very comfortable to sleep with (just have to get used to it at first). 
Used it to track my swimming pace, therefore very waterproof! Used it for running, hikes and other sports, the stats were accurate. 
Like all products, comes with charger but not the charger block.

HONEST review.

If you're viewing this product then you're in the Market for a watch and I highly recommend this watch for the price, I've bought mine and it's the International version and it's got everything and yes it does have Google Pay. 
It was brand new in the box it tracks my sleep and my heart rate, stress levels, steps you name it.
The only thing it doesn't have is you won't be able to have the watch plan from your Phone carrier, which I don't really need.
I almost canceled my order after reading some of these reviews on here and thats why I'm giving an honest review for anyone who's interested in getting one because I would totally buy this watch again as in very happy with my watch and hopefully this can help someone to decide.

Get it while you can it's a great watch.

Great service, delivered right on time as expected 2 days ago. Phone set up without any issues.
It is an international version, the screen was originally in Spanish, but once I connected to my phone, the instructions on the watch turned to English (CAD).
I upgraded from Galaxy 5 mainly for the Health app, the blood pressure measurements were very accurate. Set up Google wallet without any issues, but still not able to get the LTE to work yet, will check with Rogers. 
At this price and for my purposes, I give it 5 Stars!

Battery life doesn't last longer as described that last for 4 days. It only last for a day and a half without using it.

Galaxy Watch ultra

it has several restrictive issues
Battery only lasts just over 24 hours
Many health functions don't work due to territorial restrictions
Other functions don't work if you don't have a Samsung phone. 
Other than that is fine but because of the issues described I'll be returning it. 
Walmart shouldn't be selling a device meant for another region or that only works properly with a Samsung phone. Shame!

samsung smartwacth 8

I bought two (one for my wife and I) but when I revived them, I discovered they are  Middle east and Africa (MEA) region locked. This prevents us from using meany of the features like Samsung Wallet/pay and probably ECG and Blood Pressure monitoring. I will be returning them asap.

Wrong Region

If I could put a lower score i would. It was a watch from India. Could not be used in Canada and don't want to be tech savvy to figure it out. It shouldn't be aloud to be sold in acanada if all features could not be used. I could buy one for same price or lower that could use all features especially when they were on sale at best buy with all features. So maddening I want to scream tgat this was aloud. On top of it an expensive watch, the driver didn't call to tell me it was outside. Even more maddening.

Can't be used in Canada

Don't by this item if you live in the United States.  it only recognizes South American countries

This product was not meant for the Canadian market and the LTE feature was region locked.  Returned for refund but buyer beware.
