This thing is AMAZING! I was a little disappointed that it didn't massage more into the glutes or higher shoulders at first. But then I relaxed and let the chair do it's work. It worked out knots is had for YEARS! It's just great. We'll with the money.

This is a good chair and it does the job. However, I was expecting a little bit more with the chair such as other massage techniques like kneading or tapping… I with the foot roller was a little more intense. But overall… it a good chair to START with….

Decent

This is NOT built for people up to 6'1". I am 6', 230lbs. I am WAY too tall and Way too wide for this chair. The neck massage, hits the middle of my shoulders and I cant fit my arms inside the air bags as expected.
With all that said, I have used it twice so far. The first time I stayed on it for over 1 1/2 hours and fell asleep multiple times. The second time was only 1 session, but I fell asleep then, too. (perhaps I'm just not getting enough rest!)
I cant recommend it because I don't know any men that would fit into this little chair. I would guess you would have to be no taller than 5'8" or 5'9" with a slim build to enjoy ALL of the benefits this chair has to offer. Just a guess on the size.

Smaller than advertized

I was not expecting a damaged product first all,box was thrown around and torn(pics) before i helped unload it ?(lol)

ordered one ,seen the dimensions and weight capacity so i canceled it. Ordered another with specific options ,weight capacity doubled and certian available options .  Did not receive the correct item.

the compression is a joke, you feel it airing up and then it immediately deflates. I'm 5'10" and I was too tall for the neck massage to massage my neck. The chair itself was not comfortable to sit in, much less try to massage you. It was awful, you couldn't even feel the heat!

This was made for a child. It is smaller and shorter than a regular recliner. Very difficult to sit in if you are 5’7. When I unboxed it, both sides of the chair were hanging. It looked like the chair might have been crushed a little too much as the plastic that was supposed to hold the bolts on either side was punctured. I managed to get the sides back on and the rest was easy to assemble. You would need to be small to be able to get your arms in to be massaged. How they labeled it for a person 6’1 and up to 400lbs is wrong advertising. At 5’7 the neck massage was good for me. It does allow you to stretch your legs but you can barely feet the feet portion of the massage unless you are pressing down. The zero gravitation is nice. It does allow you to adjust the amount of time. But you have to play with everything to get a better feel for it. This is really good for a short small person. Better for a child. My 8 yr old grand child fit perfectly!

Built for a child

This chair is not made for anybody medium to large build. There is no head support for me, because I am 6’ tall..the chair back is too short so you have to hold your head up the entire time, so it’s not relaxing. the foot roller is also not applicable unless you have tiny feet, it only rolls half of my foot. This chair is made for tiny people. Works good for my wife though.

The only thing relaxed was the bottom of my feet. The back rollers were to hard, the airbags on the shoulders and legs dont do anything relaxing they just touch you, and everyone in my house that used this chair has come out bruised. It doesn't relax you it hurts you and is painful.

its not relaxing its painful

As soon as you power it on everything starts on it; arms, back, legs and feet, at the highest intensity.  I'm 6'1" and my head is above the chair and the airpads for my arms, legs and feet don't even get touched by the compression airpads.  I was looking for something mainly in my legs when I bought this but with it immediately starting on my back with high intensity and you can just turn that part off you have to go through a sequence to get it to stop.  But in the meantime back gets overpressured and all I want to do then is get out of the chair.  
This needs to be returned.

Not comforting but agonizing

first of all it came already damaged and used. It's very low to ground and like it's made for a midget because it's so small...so the airbag system doesn't really work effectively because you can't have your body where it's supposed to be for those airbags... other than that it's just poor quality and  layout... The big screen to select stuff is very much in the way, it's very heavy and hard to move and now I have to figure out trying to get it back into the packaging somehow so that they can pick it back up after struggling to get it out even
