Beautiful frame, exactly what I was looking for. True to size and color. I'll be ordering more.  Frame arrived earlier then the estimated time, with cracked glass. E-mailed pictures and got a timely reply and replacement glass.  This company is legit!

White washed frame

I already had this frame from a previous order and needed another one, so I ordered it.  It matches the other frame perfectly.  The price is perfect.  Shipping was way faster that expected - they said it would between August 14th-15th and it arrived on August 1st.  I will be ordering more frames from this company.

This was my first time using Art to Frames, and I'm very pleased with the stained wood frame I received. Aside from being well made, the packing was exceptional (strapped to an interior cardboard structure, heavy outside shipping box). Very pleased with the quick shipping and quality frame.

Beautiful wood frame and excellent delivery

I love my frame, it is great quality and exceeded my expectations. The packaging was beyond perfect with no chance of my frame being damaged. However, i waited 9 weeks for my package to arrive. Leaving my valuable art sitting around, would purchase again, just maybe not online if theres a home store

I am disappointed with my recent order. I have bought several frames from this company and i feel like the price has gone up and the quality has gone down, both in terms of construction and shipping. My frames arrived slightly askew and with the styrene bowed out and twisted. I have an upcoming exhibit so i do not have much time to send back and reorder frames. I have always recommended your company to friends and fellow artists and loved the fact that you're out of Brooklyn. I am not sure that your current pricing and shipping quality will work for my future artwork.

Slightly Disappointed

Site easy to use and choices and options are amazing. IT took a month to get frame and when it arrived there were scratch marks on three of four corners. Thankfully I chose a black painted frame and black sharpie made it look okay (as sending back frame was undoable). Also two of the corners are not flush - seemed like the cuts were not sharp so there is a small gap in the mitered joint. The glass is cut very roughly and not square. This frame is okay for print of an original watercolor, but i would be hugely disappointed if I were hanging some thing of value.

Concerning

Item took forever to arrive (over a month but was billed immediately after purchase)  and was under the impression that the easy to hang hardware option (which I paid extra for) would come with hardware already on frame...it did not. No point paying extra for hardware that is just as frustrating to put on as the hook and wire.
