I hit the absolute jackpot with this Hyponex by Scotts Red Mulch by snagging these bags for just $2 each! I was so happy with how the first few bags looked that I actually just ordered 20 more today to finish my whole yard.

​Pros: The deep, rich red color is definitely the highlight—it stays bright and doesn't just fade out after one rainstorm. It spreads easily, keeps the weeds down, and honestly makes my flower beds look like I paid a professional to do them. Plus, being a Walmart  member meant I got the whole order delivered right to my door for free, which saved me from having to haul all those heavy bags from the store myself!

​Cons: The only real downside is that my back is still going to be feeling the workout from spreading all those bags tomorrow. If you’re looking to give your house a quick face-lift without spending a fortune, you seriously can't beat this.

I did not get a chance to state that my driver stacked my product very nearly to the left of my door as I requested. This has saved me a great deal of time and effort, which is an especially appreciated due to some time constraints with regard to the work that needs to be done. Thank you.
This product has a wonderful color and texture and has provided a very polished look for my property.

Dont order 10 bags for delivery , a nice lady will come with her personal car loaded with wet mulch and you will feel awful.  

Delivery was perfect. Wm needs to limit number of bags some ignorant customer like me can order when one bag carries 3 times what I expected. HUGE bags.  

It was delivered in a personal car. I feel so bad. (it rained a day ago so all of it is wet and extra heavy. Consider such things when you order. I cant be the only dumb one.

Bigger than expected.

The bags are bigger than I thought great value! 
The delivery was top notch. They carried all the bags up the steps and sat them perfectly on my front porch. Walmart is very lucky to have this delivery person.

Delivery person extremely helpful

I love this mulch because I have 9 young fruit trees at our house. When the cold temperatures got low into the teens, these young trees needed support. I bought several bags of this mulch, and circled it around the base of all 9 trees. It protected the base of the tree, and added warmth to the newly forming roots. I also love the dark color. It makes our trees look elegant as well. You can't go wrong with this mulch.

Best Mulch ever!!

I've been purchasing just Walmart but never had purchased mulch I happened to go online to look to see how much it was at Home Depot the prices were unbelievably expensive what I bought today for I'm going to say 30 something dollars it was $150 at Home Depot plus $77 in shipping and handling so thank you Home Depot in the dryer was an absolutely amazing thank

Absolutely worst CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely the worst listening skills. Worst experience I’ve ever had considering I tried to cancel this order about seven times today and it showed up twice last time it showed up. It was dumped in the middle of a walkway that blocked the way to a handicap ladies entrance, and exit shame on you driver and shame on you, Walmart for your horrible customer service skills.  A tremendous amount of stress that was totally unnecessary came out of all of this I had to send the landscapers to go purchase the mulch and soil I ordered because I was expecting to receive my order between one and three that was the window instead after I tried to cancel two times I kept getting a delay notice over and over then I got a delivery at 5:44. I stopped the girl before she got out of her car good and let her know that had been canceled. I did not need the product nail because I’ve had to go out of pocket once again and pay for it and paid extra.

Walmart, shame on you delivery driver shame on you

the bag of black milch was infested with little white worms/maggots.  it was horrible,  as i had dumped the bag all at once.   omg.  terrible.  i went through 2 bottles of ortho bug spray to try to kill them all.  feel like theyre all over me now.  eww

This mulch is large pieces of faded dried out wood, foam and plastic trash  just horrible. All damaged junk.This is not the same quality of mulch I purchased last year. Walmart is being ripped off by Scott’s.

The mulch was molded/white fungus in all Hyponex bags. Upon opening the bags, I discovered that the mulch was molded and covered in white fungus. Hopefully, not going to affect plants and shrubs. I couldn't return it; it was too heavy. One bag was already opened. Terrible! Such a disappointment!
