I love this alternative to the carbs in spaghetti. I rinse it well, heat it for 1 1/2 min in the microwave then I dry fry it turning it often until I hear popping. That improves the texture. Afterwards I put in spaghetti sauce with meatballs and the lack of calories makes it all worth the effort to include in a healthy diet

Miracle Noodles

absolutely love these noodles! i can finally eat pasta without all the carbs and it still tastes delicious

As a newly diagnosed diabetic, I'm googling everything I can for finding foods that are diabetic friendly and this was on the list. And I must say, I love it. There is a very slight crunchy texture so you get a feeling of an al dente pasta. It's basically ready to eat out of the bag which is nice and time saving but a bit pricey. Overall, I'm loving it and happy to have found a safe pasta alternative.

Great for diabetics. I love it.

they're a little chewy, but for such low calories really not too bad

I don't hate these

Fabulous! Must have item now, especially for Chinese food. Perfect for Trim Healthy Mama people or anyone who is gluten free and enjoys low carb noodles best. Flavorless so it's perfect for any dish.

Wonderful!

My husband makes a delicious shrimp stir fry with these noodles. He started making this years ago when we were dieting. We can have a big plate of these noodles with lots of cabbage, carrots, broccoli and shrimp with spicy Sambal and garlic for around 250 calories.

Great for shrimp stir fry

These are amazing! I added a little chicken bouillon, and they tasted just like ramen noodles. Having celiac disease and also being on keto, finding noodles I can actually enjoy feels heaven-sent. I'll definitely be buying them again.

Keto Ramen Heaven! 🍜✨

Bouncy texture that I'm sure isn't for everyone but I do like it.

Pretty good

I am rating this 2 stars because I might give it another try, hoping to find a way of improving the taste. Walmart used to carry Pasta Zero, which i purchased regularly, but no longer carries that product. The Miracle Noodles have the look of extremely white ramen noodles, the consistency of fried calamari, and absolutely no flavor. I will try soaking them in b-b-q, teriyaki, or Jamaican Jerk sauce and hopefully they will acquire some sort of flavor

No flavor

It looked and tasted the way you would expect out of larva! Never Again!

If I could leave less than 1-Star, I would!

Ordered two bags and one was full of mold! I was going to return but not worth the drive to UPS or Walmart to return. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like that made this gross mess. Never again!

Moldy Noodles!!!

These really don't have a day and they do not absorb flavor well. I would recommend eating these in an Asian cuisine. They are have a texture that resembles Asian cultural food!
