This chair is awesome. Does not take a lot of space and it is easy to use.  I definitely use it every day and every one at home does as well. Recommend it.

Placing order was easy. It arrived on a big truck and was delivered to the porch.. assembly was quite simple as chair functions as it should and the whole family absolutely loves it

Just what the doctor ordered

We are extremely happy with this massage chair. Quality build, heat, plenty of options, and always leaves us feeling better after use. Assembly was pretty straightforward.
We've been looking for massage chairs for a long time in the $1000-$6000 range. We're very happy with our purchase.

Excellent massage chair, especially for the price!

Very comfortable, and massage works great! Wish it had rollers for the butt massage option but everything works great!

Fully recommend

The chair technically works, but overall the quality is pretty underwhelming. The biggest issue is that the leg section does not lift up, even though it's advertised as zero gravity. Because of that, your legs just hang down, which defeats the whole purpose of a zero-gravity recliner.

There was no manual included, so setup and understanding the features took more guesswork than it should have. While the chair functions, it doesn't feel sturdy or well-made, and the materials seem average at best.

If you're looking for true zero-gravity comfort or solid build quality, this may not meet your expectations. It might be okay for light, occasional use, but I wouldn't recommend it for long-term comfort or relaxation.

Misleading “zero gravity” legs don't actually left

I recently received this chair and so far it's great. I enjoy all the features. I have yet to experience anything negative. It's relatively light weight and attractive in its space!

I love it!

Seller has not providing any instructions for assembly, even after contacting them ten days ago.  The chair has sat in my living room in pieces for almost two weeks now.  I am over it and want it gone.  I would rather support a seller who appreciates my business and provides assistance from beginning to end, meaning after care and technical support.  I paid over 800.00 for this chair that I can't use and am not happy one bit.

I want to return this asap

No instructions for Use or what is available with it doesn't function properly. They're supposed to be coming and picking it up since December 4, 2025 and I'm still waiting for a result not very happy at all with Walmart and it's overall work with me.

Don't buy anything from the company. It's sold on Walmart site but not by Walmart. The chair came cracked and I had the hardest time  and was never able to get the chair exchanged. It was a good deal, but pay full for it from a creditable place.

Don't buy from this company

The massage it doesn't work in the first place. The entirety of the left side is dead and just won't work. And also it's really cheap material!
