I love using my depuffing wand in the morning on the cold setting for puffy-ness in face and at night I use the warm setting before putting on my night ritual of products. I can see some improvement on my face and the device feels like a spa treatment!

I'm not finding a way to have the wand head move smoothly over my skin. It just pulls the loose skin under my eye. Also…the lowest (least cold) setting on cold is still VERY cold. Hard to keep up the treatment when it makes my face so cold.

I have no opinion on this product. I am just leaving a review to stop these requests for review from landing in my inbox. I returned without ever using after discovering I had been gifted the same type tool. I returned over two weeks ago and have yet to see my refund. . . . that might be questionable. Otherwise, no opinion, good or bad.

Has a good heating and cooling system, but it doesn't glide well over the skin. The directions say to apply on clean skin before putting products on, but I find that this is near impossible. If I do it on clean skin, it constantly pulls my skin and is not smooth. I always need to either put on an oil, serum, or lotion. The de puffing could be better. It feels good but I also tend to prefer my ice rollers but this would be good for traveling where there is not fridge.
