I really like this chair.  I had to start working from home and needed a good chair because of my chronic back pain.  I can sit in this all day and my back doesn't hurt.  Assembly was pretty easy.

Bought for a home desk and this is an unbelievable chair for the price; it is extremely sturdy and very comfortable.  I paid close to $200 for a gaming chair for my son; this one is MUCH nicer!

Unbelievable!

This product was the number 2 choice in a recent article, and over $**** cheaper than the number one choice.  I ordered the chair, and it was delivered on time, and undamaged. Assembly was easy with the directions, and small parts provided. One Allen wrench is in the box, and all that is needed to complete assembly.  This item is well suited for a home office.

Delivered in two days, easy to put together (and I am NOT mechanically inclined) and pretty darn comfortable.  I picked this one because I need height adjustable arms and this is a great chair at a great price.

Great affordable chair

Really comfortable chair at a very economical price. I sit for long stretches of calls, and this chair provides the support I need to work comfortably. Easy to put together by yourself, but a little awkward during one part with attaching the seat to the back that I needed some assistance due to the angle. Very happy with this purchase!

Comfortable Chair at a Great Price

I don't usually write reviews, but this chair is exceptional, especially for the price. I got rid of my fancy leather high back executive chair that was giving me bad posture for this one, and I'm so glad I did. I am 5'10", 190lbs. The seat padding is firm and thick, and very comfortable. Arm rests are also firmly padded and height adjustable. Back rest is extremely comfortable, not too soft, not too rigid, just the right amount of flex. Back rest is also height adjustable. I saw some reviewers complain about the back not staying in place, they just weren't seeing how it works. There are 4 clicks of height adjustment, and on the 5th click the mechanism resets and the back rest goes back to the lowest setting. Just lift up slowly and listen for the clicks, works great. There is just one lever under the seat, used for up and down and lock/unlock tilt. AND one of the more important things to me, it is QUIET. No creaking or squeaking. The wheels roll well on carpet. With a 5 year warranty, I expect this chair to last a good while. Hope that info helps, have a great day.

Fantastic chair

Chair is great as far as quality for the price - it is a bit too big for me, as I am only 5'4" and 117 pounds - the seat is big and whole chair is a bit bulky. But, it is comfortable, and well-built - great value for the money.

I needed help using the chair adjustment controls.  They don't work per the instruction sheet.  I called the customer service number for the chair, and they only handle customer service furniture operation problems by email...really?  How does that work real time to get someone to walk you through the operation?  Chair is piece of junk.

No Customer Service Support

I probably can't return this chair since it's been put together and the box disposed of, but I feel ripped off.  I should have bought something from a store where I could try before buying instead of Walmart, where I had to order it sight unseen.

It was promoted as ergonomic with high recommendations but seems just the opposite. This mesh back forces me into a forward-leaning position rather than allowing me to sit upright. Maybe I'm too short and this is supposed to be lumbar support instead of pushing against my upper back. It only adjusts farther upward, though, and is vertically rigid.

Not recommended if you're under 6' (I'm 5'11"). Not recommended at all, honestly.
