The bike assembly was very simple and it was easy to figure out how to ride and shift and maneuver through all the different settings. Even customer service was great. I had to replace the brake and they were very good about getting it out to me as soon as possible and they followed up with me to make sure everything was OK very satisfied would recommend this product to anybody lots of fun easy ride easy assembly. Very happy with the bike.

I’m extremely happy with my purchase of the TST Electric Bike for Adults. Their customer service team — including the manager — was truly exceptional. I called them several times with questions, and they patiently resolved every concern with great friendliness and professionalism.

The quality of the bike is excellent. It rides smoothly, the speed is stable, and it’s very comfortable to use. I bought this bike for my child, and he absolutely loves it. Seeing how happy he is makes me even more satisfied with this purchase.

Five Stars – Excellent E-Bike and Outstanding Serv

Honestly, this bike is really solid and well-built. What made me buy it is that at this price point, you’re hardly going to find a bike with hydraulic brakes and a motor this powerful. The motor’s torque is stronger than a lot of others out there, and it can handle up to 400 pounds, which was a big plus for me.

The seat is large and comfortable, and the overall look of the bike is great on the street. It really has that nice, sleek bicycle style. In short, it's hard to find these features—especially hydraulic brakes—at this price, and it basically has the specs of a $2000 bike.

Great Bike

Bough this bike for my brother-in-law.  We paid to have it professionally assembled .  We didn’t have all the parts to put the kickstand in.  They had to send it and it took about a week.  Then after less than a week, the front tire went flat.  We are still waiting on an inner tube.  They are very slow to respond!

Be careful

I wish I read few of the reviews before making the purchase but I was excited my kids chose this bike and it was on sale and in budget so I got it for them. Do Not Buy !!!! I purchased 2 bikes in December for Christmas. One of the bikes missing a screw and can’t be ride. The other bike my son ride it for 2 days and gets flat ever since. Went to a bike shop they said they don’t have the screw that’s missing and the can’t fix the tire. I’ve email them 3 times before I got a response. They said to send pictures and my address. That’s since January 22. It’s now February 15 and still no response or anything! They take forever to respond. I don’t have a number for them and I’m highly upset my kids can’t get to ride that bikes i purchased $1300 for. I’m overwhelmed and frustrated of their lack of response and professionalism. I would never purchased anything else from them. Not even a bottle water.

We have an issue with the e-bike been delivered with damage . The hydronic brakes wire is torn and was leaking. We opened a return case and we still waiting the seller to take an action. Seller asked for photos and there was no place to upload them on Walmart except here. So here we are. We hope the return will be easy and smooth within the next 48 hours as promised by Walmart. Will update review once seller take action on solving the issue.

Arrived damaged

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE!!!!! I had this bike for 8 days and it stopped working. I contacted Walmart customer service and they connected me with TST directly. They take forever to respond! They keep asking for a video of the bike not working, they asked me to order other parts to test the battery. I had the bike for 8 days why would the battery not work? It's been 2 months and I still got this a brand new bike that DOESN'T WORK!!!!

My son attempted to ride this e-bike on Christmas and it never worked properly. The system displays an error( exclamation mark on display)on the screen that prevents the motor from engaging.  Ive contacted the seller and they have been reluctant to replace this brand new bike. The seller admitted that the ebike brakes are locked and causing the issue and requested that I disassemble the brakes and modify.  I requested an exchange and but the seller ignored my request and continued to send the same email. I wouldnt recommend this bike.

Dont Purchase This Item!!!

I bought 3 of these defective eBikes because apparently I’m an idiot.
The first one came with TWISTED forks. Not bent. TWISTED I realized this is not repairable.
Ordered another one;  rear hydraulic brake line leaking oil everywhere at the Right side handle bar
They said they would send parts but never did.
Waited a month.
Got tired of waiting, ordered a third one thinking, this one’s gonna be perfect.  Feel like a sucker.
This one had front Left side hydraulic brake line punctured. Squirted all over the kitchen floor when I squeezed it to see if it was working. 
Had to clean the nasty hydraulic fluid, droplets mist from the floor   
Do not attempt to purchase this item. 
Footnote: upon inspection %233, I realized that a consumer cannot replace the hydraulic brake lines because they’re routed through internal tubing through the bike. It’s not a replacement part you can just bolt on. 
Also, in Dallas, Texas, where I’m located EBike repair shops, Will Not Work On hydraulic brake lines

Never Buy Trust Me. Read my review.

I have reached out to the seller numerous times and no response. We purchased this bike for our son for Christmas . We assembled Christmas morning and the back tire will not stay inflated so he hasn’t had a chance to ride it. We emailed seller via Walmart and I even called TST customer support number and spoke to someone who keeps saying to email support with issue.
