The tape is good, but it is not "hand tearable," unless you first make a little snip with some sharp scissors or are Hercules.  I recently used another brand that was tearable and still good and strong with good adhesiveness, so it is not me.

Not So Tearable

I received my tape in good standing and a timely manner. I loved it besides I ordered black but received blue tape.

Hard to tear with your hands. Good stickiness. Leaves residue after taking off about an hour of use.

This appears to be the same kind of tape my physical therapist used. It's easy to tear into custom widths, strong (it doesn't stretch), and stays on well. I gave it only three stars because it can irritate the skin very painfully if it gets damp and even take the skin entirely off the inner side of the wrist. This happened to me twice, and several other times it made minor but still painful lesions. The first time I left it on after a bath because it seemed to be drying. The next day the inner side of my wrist was completely raw with no skin at all, bleeding, and took two weeks to heal. The second time, I waited an hour after a bath before applying new tape, but it wasn't enough. The tape rubbed off or dissolved the outer layer of skin, which was replaced by a clear scab like cellophane and took a week to heal. To someone who wants to use this tape around the wrist (I use if for a TFCC tear), I would advise them to wait until the next day before fully replacing it. In the meantime you could put it over the top of the wrist only, since that skin isn't as easily damaged.

When I run out of this I will buy it again, because it is far better than a Wrist Widget or similar brace, which does not stay in place. This is better than anything else I've found.

Good tape but can badly irrritate skin

It's good if you're wanting to try it out to see how it works without investing more money into a more expensive brand. It doesn't hold stick to your skin very well....

Great for a beginner

Left black lines and sticky residue all over my hand. Wore it overnight. Bought it because I thought it was ACE wrap, instead it's ACE TAPE. Probably won't be usig the rest of it with the mess it left on my hand that won't scrub off. In the positive side it stuck well...

I was looking for a sports tape.  Not a tape that would stick if you get sweaty.  This tape is more for someone that is going to be sweating or in water.  It does not help with injury's that you need to tape up to help the injury heal.

This is horrible. There is no elasticity to the tape and it's not sticky enough to stay in place which defeats the whole point. Went straight in the garbage.

Just no

ordered coban or stretch tape  and they gave me this one. it was unless. completely waste of money. doesn't stick properly.
