My daughter is absolutely in love with her new house! Assembly was really easy and I'm not a mom that likes to put things together. I will say the plastic is very flimsy so if your children are gonna be rough with it  (climbing etc) or it's gonna be outside with a lot of bad weather, it might not uphold but for the price I thought it was worth what I got. I think it will last us a long time.

Princess House

My 3 year old twins love their playhouse. The boy invites people over and the girl cooks up a storm on the Little Tykes kitchen which fits inside.  Assembly took my handyman a couple hours and the roof proved a bit tricky to secure. Once assembled, it’s a great playhouse!

Great playhouse for value

cute little house! The quality was different than the 180 dollar play houses but this one was only 80 bucks so way worth it. my daughter loves it. my husband added a sensor light inside so every time she goes inside it lights it up for her. she's happy!

Super easy to put together. Perfect for a toddler, our 19 month old loved going in and out of the door and peek thru the window shutters.  Can be for indoor outdoor, we put it together inside then had to remove the roof to get it thru the front door for outside use. Overall satisfied, super cute .

Playhouse

We purchased this playhouse for our 4-year-old daughter, and it has quickly become her favorite place to play. The setup was straightforward—my partner and I assembled it in just a couple of hours with minimal tools. The quality is excellent, with sturdy materials that feel like they’ll hold up through all seasons.

What we love most is how much creativity it inspires! Our daughter has turned it into a pretend bakery, a reading nook, and even a pirate ship. The little details—like the working doorbell, flower boxes, and mini windows—make it feel so magical.

It’s big enough for two or three kids to play in together comfortably but doesn’t take up too much space in the backyard. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for something that combines fun, imagination, and outdoor time. Worth every penny!

Play house

My husband and I assembled this playhouse in our spare bedroom to give to our granddaughter on Christmas Eve. We had intended to pull it out and surprise her BUT it will not fit thru an interior 30 inch door!  So it stayed in the bedroom thru Christmas Eve. She loved it. We got it disassembled the next day and took it to her house for assembly again. Much quicker assembly the second time. :)

Great playhouse but...

Cute little play house. My 11 year old and I put these together for my 2 year old. The quality of the plastic isn’t like they used to be when I was a kid but it was the best price point I could find.

I am just shocked at the quality. Cannot even believe this is what Little Tikes has become. Not sturdy, if you are not careful moving it, it will surely crack. The door doesn’t stay shut. The front of the house  has a half door, which is fine, but the back wall also has an opening just as large as the door, you don’t even get the full wall anymore. I could see an opening for another window, but this is ridiculous. For this kind of quality, the price should be cut in half. Children’s toys are definitely NOT made like they used to be.

Broken after half years use

This is basically $85 worth of junk. The one plastic door is broken. The other side of the house has some useless piece plastic obstructing the door. there is no fully open access. the kid has to crawl in. On that same side, there is a hole and another part that appears to require a piece of plastic which would function as another design component to the front entrance. It was designed for something which was left out of the box. Why? This playhouse is too big (and I paid to assemble) for me to return. I am very dissapointed in Little Tikes and its a shame that walmart is used as the clearinghouse for poor quality stuff.
