This ladder is designed for convenient handling.

My daughter rented an apartment  with hìgh ceilings (<10ft) and it was impossible to change a light bulb or smoke detector battery.  I'm 5'8 and was able to reach the ceiling with ease.
This ladder is perfect! The steps are wide and non-slìp. The ladder folds up and (without the rails)  stores easily. we bought the black  version  and it looks great to boot!

High Ceilings? Problem Solved!

It is relatively easy to put the ladder together. Had some trouble attaching the safety handles, but it was easy once we determined the top of the safety handles should be screwed into the assembled ladder first.  To get the handle screw holes to line up with the ladders' at the top, the handles must be held perpendicular to the ladder, which is not possible if the lower part of the handles have already been attached .

I highly recommend this ladder. This is well designed, stable, not too heavy to move around the house and I feel very safe. I ordered this to repair areas of peeling paint on a ceiling. The only assembly is attaching the hand rails and shelf which are excellent feature. I bought this when it was NOT on a Flash Deal and thought the price was good.

Excellent ladder

I love this ladder. Watched it for awhile and finally got it. I'm so glad I did. I'm old and needed a stable sturdy ladder. This is excellent! I bought the pink! Highly recommend this. I looked at others but this is by far the best decision I made for me!

Best decision!

Easily manageable. closes with just one hand. very sturdy. I love the handrails at the top and the platform at the top is a very useful large working space.

Easy to assemble and usefulness  in climbing to paint our house. Love the pouches to hold items which also make it easy to clean gutters. I'd recommend this item.

Useful and easy climbing ladder

I purchased this step ladder with handrails and tool tray for my father that is 90 years old, but still gets up on a ladder to fix things around the house.  The top reasons are for the handrails and tool tray.  Everything about the ladder has been great, but I do feel the brackets that hold the ladder could be bigger.

The instructions are minimal, there are a couple of Allen wrenches that come with it, two different sizes of screws - again - not the most robust, could be better.

I would buy this again - but feel these are improvements that could make it a five-star ladder.

Handrails and tool tray are great!

I don't have it put together yet so I'm hoping it's sturdy and everything it claims to be but I'm extremely disappointed because I ordered BLUE and it is PINK. I can't very well exchange it since I opened the box outside before I saw the color. the box, when I checked it again, says pink, but my order says blue like the picture shown on line. blue is what I marked, the description when I read said blue as pictured, but they sent me a pink one. I don't like it at all! now I'm stuck with it.

I can't review this ladder because FedEx severely messed it up during shipping it to me.  This is the second item delivered by FedEx that had to be returned due to careless, lazy and unprofessional employeees at FedEx.

Walmart, stop using FedEx, PLEASE!
