I bought this one for my wife and the Firmstrong Urban Man Multi-Speed for myself. We are trying to stay healthy and walking is just too slow and boring for us. These are great bikes and we love to ride them almost every day. The internal gearbox is so much better than the external gears...the change is so smooth and there is no jerking as there is with the external gears. We also love the fact that there aren't cables running everywhere for the brakes. Just good old fashioned coaster brakes. Oh and the tires are huge, which makes the ride so smooth. You won't be disappointed!

"My bike arrived when it was suppose to and was easy to put together. I was really impressed with the company, they e-mailed me prior to shipping my bike and gave me all the information needed to contact them if I had any problems. They also assigned a person to help with assembling my bike if needed. We had no trouble with assembly. Very easy. The company also included a note in the box hoping I was enjoying my new ride.
I am enjoying every ride on my new bike. I highly recommend this bike. You will love it."

I love my new bike

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She wanted a purple beach cruiser and this one fit the bill perfectly. The beach bikes crew have been very up front and helpful if needed. I would certainly recommend this bike and seller to anyone.

Nice Beach Cruiser

I recently bought the Urban Man Cruiser from Firmstrong and  I was pleased with the quality of the bike so I ordered another one for the wife. My wife is about 5'4" and the Urban Lady fits her just fine. It's a good low-maintenance commuter bike.

Stylish Commuter

This bike is beautiful.  The seat is very comfortable.  The tires are big and you feel very stable.

Excellent choice

Love this bike. It is gorgeous, easy to assemble, and works perfectly. The bike arrived promptly and with no damage at all. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Bike

I was looking for a different brand of beach cruiser when I stumble up on Firmstrong.  Truly, I had no idea what size I needed but based on what I have read the 26" ladies bike was enough since it was good for women up to 6ft tall.   I am 5' 8 1/2" so I ended up purchasing this bike but after sitting on it several times I realized the frame was just a little smaller than what I was comfortable with.  I wanted a full extension of my leg when pedaling the bike.  I had to return the bike and ordered the Men's 26" Cruiser because the frame is slightly larger. 

The Firmstrong Beach Cruiser is a very attractive bike - especially with the whitewall tires.  I had people stop me in the store up on picking up the bike to comment on the beauty of the bike.

CONS:
I went with the description which stated the size accommodates women up to 6 ft tall.  I disagree with this.  I wish I was able to sit on one and/or ride one to see which one I wanted but couldn't find a retailer that had them in stock.

26" Firmstrong Beach Cruiser

I love my new bike!!! Its Comfy and quiet pedals easily.

I wanted a ladies' bike, but I hate all the girly colors on the market. I ordered the Urban Lady in matte black and it's perfect! Bike arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Assembly was easy. Bike is sturdy and quiet and just what I wanted. I love it!

Great Bike!

This bike was the best ride I've ever been on (as far as bicycles) in all the bikes I've ever rode.  It was smooth, seat was not skimpy, I sat very comfortably in all aspects.  I bought my grandaughter another brand, may have been "prettier", with more bells and whistles, but did not even come close to the Firmstrong bicycle, regarding peddling, comfort and even sound (hers clanked, no matter what I adjusted or tightened).   
Now the bad.
It was rusting pretty quick even being inside when not in use.
Apparently thieves liked it too, it was stolen out from under our roof (with grandaughters' bike beside it) before I had it a year. Heavy sigh....
Could not submit photo, for obvious reasons....

BEST BIKE EVER! BEWARE OF THIEVES......
