Seems very durable, the pole and ribs of the umbrella are tough. I like the fabric of the umbrella as well, offers great protection from the sun. Overall great choice!

I live in CA so light-colored Sunbrella is the way to go if you're concerned about fading. Packaging was excellent and delivery was quick, it arrived on 12/04. It was the very last one available, and the color is great. I would recommend this brand and will be checking back in w/them when in need of similar products.

California umbrellas are the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is a beast! I chose the 11ft size and it is HUGE! This would be perfect by a pool but we opted for our patio table for now since the tilt function on it is perfect for shading us during outdoor meals. The fabric feels quality and I feel confident it will hold up through the seasons. The tilt function is easy (way easier than I imagined) to deploy and winding it up and down required no extra strength. This umbrella is worth the investment and I look forward to trying other options from this brand in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The large canopy on this umbrella is easy to open and close with the hand crank. There is also a push button to tilt the umbrella to your desired angle. 
It measures 
95.5 inches tall and the octagon canopy diameter measures 7.5 ft. It provides a good amount of shade.
I picked the red umbrella because it adds a festive look to my pool area. The fabric is sturdy and made of reinforced, UV protected Polyester. The base is not included.

GREAT QUALITY UMBRELLA

While I just received this umbrella I suspect the color saturation to hold. The crank mechanism is smooth and the tilt mechanism is clever with a twist to tilt option on the support. From the time I opened the box it took about five minutes to set up. It was a breeze to install.

I love the fabric of the umbrella itself  and how durable it is. 1 star off is only because I wish the height of the umbrella could be changed; it's set at 7.5 and there's no way to make it lower. I like how this umbrella can change its angle, which is great!
