OK, this entertainment center is absolutely beautiful! It does take a little while to put together, but I'm not complaining because it's actually very well built. It does weigh 70  Pounds so be careful if you're having it delivered to your post office.😬

grey tv stand looks beautiful and very well made. Sturdy and 
fits and looks perfect. Price was so cheap and was very leery how it would be but extremely happy with outcome. I  did buy the assembly plan and person put it together quickly. Very well made!

The packing was excellent, everything fit together perfectly, and all the screws were there with 1 extra in most cases, the instructions were quite detailed and easy to follow, took me about 2 hours by myself from start to finish. This is a quality product for the money.

Best Suprised Me

So when I was putting this together it has wooden pegs and lock bolts and I thought once it was assembled you had more nails or screws to keep it more secure it does not. I would recommend that you buy wood glue to secure everything in place, after you have it correctly assembled. I can not move it it may fall apart it could have been better with finishing nails or glue and I had neither! but it's exactly as pictured and its solid wood great design just needs more explanation of the finished product.

AS PICTURED!

Beautiful but came cracked. Super heavy so I couldn't go return it. When I tried to submit it for at least half of return, they wanted me to go pack it up and take it back. I live in an upstairs apartment, wasn't gunna do all that. You can tell on the top from the side where it's cracked from the bottom but I decided to just keep it.

thought the delivery guy and i needed 2 boxes. very heavy.  i know once piece broke. i believe he put down took hard. on instructions i put arrow direction boards should go. made very well. thanks for the product and for letting me speak not to criticize.

Everything went well until I got to the point where I was ready to install the top of the TV Stand. In the process of removing the Top from the packaging I discovered cracks in the Top, see pictures attached. Now I had to make a decision: 1) to install the Top or disassembly the Stand or 2) return the Stand to the Seller/Walmart . 
Another problem arose as the Seller require returns to be in the original packaging, which caused yet another problem as opening the packaging some of it was torn apart and in addition to being impossible to pack the parts into the packaging as original (lacked the training).
I request some kind of compensation, either monetary or a new top.

Defective (damaged) TV Stand Parts

I love the way it looks. it's beautiful. it's sturdy.  it took a long time to put together. before it was put together, it was extremely heavy. there are little stickers on it to let you know which part the pieces are. I'm having trouble getting them off.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Incorrect pieces were sent and/or missing, after sending multiple emails with the pictures requested the company states they are not receiving the pictures, yet they have received my emails. And now the part is out of stock and I was offered a partial refund! A partial refund???? It cannot be assembled without the parts missing! Worst customer service ever.

after struggling to get it in to my place (it wasn't left where it was supposed to be left) I sat up for hours thinking I was crazy trying to put it together. got multiple second opinions as well, this thing is poorly designed. can not be properly assembled. I wasted my money and my time and I am NOT happy.
