Purchased this bike as a surprise for my daughter, along with a Walmart purple basket for the handle bar area and a white and purple helmet. She loves it all! We took the bike to a local bike shop after assembling to get everything checked and to ensure it was safe to ride! Fairly easy to assemble. Plan to purchase a gel seat to enhance comfort. Great bike for the money!

I love the color, I love the balance, I love the way it was almost completely assembled. the only thing the front brake handle is broken I could not I had to remove the front brake. because it was unusable

I would recommend for a teenager, but not for a 65yr old woman who has had a complete knee replacement. The only way i can get on the bike is to lay it own the ground, step over it, and then raise the bike up. This is a problem in and off itself.

Hard To Get On

My wife loves her new bike. She's 5 feet even in height and the 26inch works perfectly for her. the bike is sturdy and well built. It comes pre built, but I recommend buying better brakes (personal preference) because they just put the cheap ones you find for $9 on it. I opted to build the bike myself which was a tough job. Videos on YouTube are hard to follow because i didn't know about different bike parts and types. I would recommend paying for someone to put it together if you're not sure.

Great bike.

Very cute bike. However, the front rim was warped upon receipt. There was no option other than returning the entire bike, which I did not want to do.  I took the rim to a local bicycle repair shop to attempt to fix it. However, it was still warped, so I spent more money to purchase a new rim. Buyers beware:  The reduced price on this website may well not be the full cost to have a usable bike.

Cute but warped front rim

Came with a bent front rim. When I contacted the company they said to take it to a bike store to get it straightened and they would reimburse me the $25 so I did and they eventually did reimburse me but what a long frustrating process. Do not recommend.

Not worth it.

What a bit difficult to put together. For example it came with nothing to tighten screws. The person who put the bike together tightened down the metal handle bar upside down and the whole time I was trying to figure out why my microshift is facing upside down. I had to look at bike photos just to figure it out snd I do not have the part to take the bolt screws out. Just seemed more difficult then it needed to be.

The bike is nice, bought it as a Christmas present, HOWEVER the MAN that rushed to get it done the day before Christmas Eve, didn't adjust/place the brakes on properly.  Last week (3months after purchase), it was my kids very first time riding it, the brakes failed  and she fell off and broke her ulna and radius. We took it to a bicycle shop and they said the brakes were not aligned properly, that one side was rubbing the tire and it's counterpart was too far to touch the tire.

Assemblyman did a bad job assembling the breaks

WOULD NOT BUY. These initial reviews after one or two rides doesn't compare to it falling apart on the fifth or 6th. Not install error- literally the only part that actually comes out together which is the chain and equipment. Downshifted on a flat surface the chain and shimano snapped off. Replaced shimano piece, keeps falling off sprockets. Horrible and I don't even know how to get rid of it bc I sure can't resell a broken bike. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a good bike

Broke after 2 months do not buy

The box was so messed up upon delivery that maybe it was a shipping issue but what was in the box was not at all usable. The bike was missing the pedals, the frame was bent, and the handlebar part that goes into the frame was to big to actually fit into the hole it was supposed to go into. we had to return it and we couldn't even try it out. My kids was so excited for this bike only to be disappointed and had to settle for a different bike. My kid really loved how this bike looked online, so this really sucked.
