This peace of equipment is simply the best I got at home. Super sturdy, very easy to assemble, and has different set up for height depending on your level of strength and height. I really like it and would recommend it and it comes with tools to assemble.

VERY STURDY YET LIGHT TO MOVE, GREAT FOR ANYTIME EXERCISE AND STRETCHING, GETS THE BLOOD CIRCULATION MOVING IN THE BODY IN JUST A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME.

The bars are too wide and not adjustable. Other than that it is a great piece of equipment.  The problem is, I can not use it. When bars are to wide it will tear your muscles beneath your rib cage over time and cause horrible pain. That is what happened to me. I did not realize this and was frustrated when I got it and then saw that the bars are too wide and can not be altered. I went ahead and started to use it and over a few months I was slowly damaging the muscles connecting to my rib care beneath my rib care and was suddenly having extreme pain and trouble breathing due to this. I saw my doctor not knowing for sure what it was and sure enough when you do dips on bars that are to wide this is what happens. I even have broader shoulders than most men and this still damaged my body. So, I can not use it and I can not return it. So, it was a waste of $60.00 and caused a lot of long term pain. Do not buy this. Find a dip bar that can be adjusted in its width. That is the most important part. Other than that one horrible issue the item is made very well.

Non adjustable width bars makes this dangerous.

welds broke during assembly. Fortunately, simple bolts through the posts did the trick. Also handgrips are to far apart to be able to use at a comfortable shoulder width. There is no width adjustment like with other similar equipment at the same price point. Still I decided to keep it.

The width is not adjustable.  I'm kinda short with alligator arms and this is too wide for me to use easily.  If the width was adjustable, it would be good.  I'll have to cut and weld the cross brace.

Not for short people

I am very disappointed and embarrassed by this purchase!! We bought it for my daughter's boyfriend for Christmas. He has been wanting a tricep dip bar really badly. He weighsess than 150 pounds and is trying to bulk. He took this out and got it all assembled. Then went to use it for the very first time and it broke right at the soldering point. Now it can't be used at all. This piece of equipment is rated for 500 pounds and he weighs less than 150!!!! Very poor quality. I am so embarrassed and everyone is disappointed.

Broke on first use!

This was bought for my husband. While putting it together he noticed that the welds were not properly done. While trying it out for the first time one of the welds broke. Thankfully he was able to catch himself and didn't get hurt very badly. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Cheap product

Horrible product. Bar cushion is bad and tears very easy. The bars are painful because they are too thin with. Waste of money for me.
