the only thing I dislike is that it does not keep the charge for very long whether it's ln use or not being used. even when not in use , for example I'll charge it to 100% by moring it will be at 35% and t I'm noting using it, cause I'm  asleep.

The only thing  I dislike  about  this phone is turning  it off and on.  Pressing 2 buttons simultaneously  is not easily done and takes me several attempts.

 walmart promised return of price and they would call.me withong 10 days to verify the vredit. never happened. vendor never replied. cover over cameras had a hole in it. on-off bar came off as i was setting up the phone but I was able to put it back and ots.still mot working properly. makes and receives calls as expected. buyer beware of vendo

damaged item

i bought the phone in December 2025, its been 4 months and when im talking to people, the individual tell me i cant hear you. I have the volume on high and they still cant hear me. This started at the end of March and its April 29, 2026, it also happens wiyh the Bluetooth, paid 200. 00 dollars for this to happen, its a new phone not 6 months old. This is messed up.

horrible phone, my cell phone carrier couldn't set up the phone with a sim card and said the phone doesn't have a sim manager and that its a scam phone. they did everything they could to try to fix the issue but couldn't. I tried to contact the seller multiple times for a return and they haven't responded.

I waited a bit before I set it up and then got it all loaded and in a couple weeks it stopped charging. so now I spent a lot of money on a phone that doesn't work

Not as advertised also it is Locked. Screen won't turn off and no sim tool, or ear buds. Phone got very hot This is a scam phone, stay away from this one. Please refund

I think this phone is defective. Its a brand new phone but the first day I got it I had to keep updating the system 10 times for it to finally update, the battery is not good as it drains too fast, and the screen does not respond to my touch haf of the time. This is supposed to be one of those brand new flagship phones with great performance. Even though it came out four years ago. My s10 had better performance then this one before it broke down on me.

I have had this phone for a couple of months now, and kept it in a shock proof case and everything. Speaker 1 stopped working, cant use talk to text, or video messaging. The phone has a serious lag time since day 1. Now all of the sudden it wont even show message. it says I have to download them first. terrible phone. considering going to an iPhone now.

Do not waste time or money on this phone.

I did my research before purchasing this item.
I thought I was upgrading from my Galaxy A53. I found out after I received the item that the S20  came out in 2020 where as the A53 came out in 2022.  Yet for some reason The A53 not only costs less than the S20  a.t.m but why did I pay nearly $200 for a phone that came out in 2020? 
That's on me I'll take that. But what's unacceptable was the smell of battery that covered my room as soon as I opened just the mailing paper and it got worse once I opened the phone box.  LUCKILY I didn't insert my Sim card before charging the phone to 100% before unplugging the charger for the nigh because I woke up to a melted phone . Thank God I have a thick glass night stand.
