I love simple human trash cans. I actually have one in storage in Minnesota but could not stand the plastic trash can my hubby bought for our home in Idaho. I finally gave up and bought one to get me through. I love it no having to touch it. This one has a foot press. My old one has a hip press. I loved that because it has lasted over 10 years. I am hoping this foot press is going to last better than other foot presses I have had in the past. It is slim fit in a small area of my pantry. I don't think I will ever have to buy another can once I get my stuff out of storage. All my waste cans are simple human too. You put the bag on put the lid on, no seeing the bag . The can is clean.

I bought this from Amazon the first go around. Not only was it more expensive, but it came dented and scratched so I returned it and got another one and that one came dented and scratched and then finally ordered from Walmart. It came well packaged, and perfect.

This trash can is good quality, it's good for a thin space not shore about a small space it is pretty big.

Nice look, lid doesn't slam, foot pedal is responsive to the “easy” touch.
Packaging is easily disposed of.

This seems to be a solid trash bin, it came with 10 bags and 1 air freshener

This Trash can is very unique and Cute but must be really careful not hitting it, it can dent easily but other than that I like it

We originally purchased a well known brand of can that one can find at the big box stores. Our garbage closet is small and we like to have a can for trash and a can for recyclables. Let's just say you get what you pay for. They were hard to open, and really hard to fit the liner. I finally got my husband to agree to throw them away and get SimpleHuman. They are pricey for something you put your throwaway trash in but man are they nice! Gorgeous color, super easy to use and the liner inserts are a breeze!! Thank you!!

For the price point, you'd like to see it made in America. It is beautiful though and functions well. It's held up for two years, though recently one of the hinges broke. They stood by their warranty, even though I didn't have a receipt, but just a serial number. Good company, and if they made these in the US, I'd be happy to pay even more.

In the past designs, it has been exceedingly difficult to clean around all the nooks and crannies and that has all but been taken away with a seamless canister

Easy to deep clean the inside

the trash can looks nice, durable?  yes, but not anymore than your average trashcan. Definitely not worth the money.  I should have checked the price elsewhere before jumping the gun.
