I was hesitant to purchase due to past reviews, but felt reassured by Walmart's return policy (compared to the other stores where this file cabinet is available). 

All three file cabinets arrived in perfect condition. They were shipped directly from Hirsh and packaged securely with thick styrofoam on all sides.

I would recommend purchasing from Walmart if you're considering these file cabinets.

Zero Damage, Well Packed

Purchased 2 of these for home office. Used them to support a 6-1/2 foot desk top and it worked out perfectly. Great quality and very strong. I would buy again.

I reviewed a lot of file cabinets before deciding on this one.  I chose this one based on the reviews.  It's very nice quality for the price and I am very happy with the purchase.  I was worried for $100 I would get a flimsy cabinet that wouldn't hold what I needed it to hold but it's a lot more solid and sturdy than I expected.  I highly recommend for home use if you're in need of a file cabinet.

Great cabinet

I paid a little more for this sturdy file cabinet based on reviews.  It arrived with only a small dented corner in the back.  It is roomy and solidly built.  The lock functions smoothly.  The drawers function smoothly.  I am happy with this purchase.  It will hold a lot of files without being too large.

This little file cabinet is exactly what I needed. It looks nice, was easy to move, and it came fully assembled -- a big plus for me!

Just right!

It is a very nice cabinet. Its lock is very secure. The drawers pull out all the way so you can see your files way in the back. It actually has real drawer slides.

I use this next to my beds for a nightstand.  Papers in lower drawer & medicines, guns,
checkbook etc. in upper drawer.  I always lock it when I go out to slow down any burglars.  Perfect for my needs & space available.

These drawers were  made for locking

On manufacturers web site in their QA section, this file cabinet is listed as having fully extending file drawers. This model's file draws do not fully extend. After contacting the manufacturer about this issue, their only solution to this problem was for us to send it back for a refund. We then found out, we have to pay for shipping it back. The problem with that is, it costs more to ship it back than it's purchase price.
Surprised that Walmart.com allows this type of deceptive manufacturer to sell on their web site.
