I am very impressed with this product. It has a high quality appearance and it is well made. My plumber even commented on the level of quality.
I recently added an extension arm on to the shower head to bring it out from the wall. I am only 5'2" tall and with the extension, I have less water running down the shower wall that the head is installed on.
I did have some difficulty figuring out how to get the water hot enough. My plumber tried to make the adjustment twice and ended up removing the scald guard mechanism. Now it is perfect. No kids in the house, so it isn't a safety concern.

This model is more expensive than other options but I went with it anyway because it is stylish, well-constructed, and has separate controls for volume and temperature.  At this price point you might expect the shower spray to be adjustable but it's not.  Given that lack of functionality, I was hoping the spray style would be generic, middle-of-the-road but instead it is very strong.  Some people here (including but not limited to children) are refusing to use it because of that.

A second problem is that the bath faucet is angled straight down instead of pointing a bit outwards from the wall (or else the faucet should protrude further out from the wall).  As a result, the falling stream hits the overflow cap and wall before it hits the bottom (see photo).  You cannot put anything bigger than a few fingers into the stream.  I don't see how our installer could have done anything differently, it's just the way it is designed.

Given that it's well-made it will probably work reliably for a long time, but we find ourselves secretly wishing it would break so we could justify replacing it with something more functional.

Stylish but functional limitations

We bought this about 9 months ago and it had been working pretty good. We noticed that it started to leak at the connection site, so we removed it and fixed the rubber piece to make it more flush so it wouldn't leak. When we tried to screw it back on the piece that screws in split right in half. We really liked the look of it but we need it to last longer than 9 months if we're spending a higher price on a more quality product.

Would have been higher rating but mine broke :(
