Love this product  easy to put together bought it for my son who seven he wanted a bookcase to make a "  Library " in his toy room. love it because it has a seat for him to sit there and read his books only wish it came a little bit bigger fits him OK now but in a year will probably be too big for it

Although I wish the sitting area was a bit wider, I absolutely love this reading nook! It fit perfectly underneath my son's bedroom window and it looks amazing! It actually fits a lot of books, more than what I expected. My son has an extensive book collection and almost all of his books fit in just this one nook, I was quite surprised. However, I will be buying him an ottoman so he can sit in it more comfortably. The box said it was for ages 3-8, my son's only 5 and I feel he's already too big for the sitting space. That's my only complaint and the main reason I'm giving it a 4-star rating, everything else regarding this nook is wonderful!

It is perfect for a 2-3 year old, I think.  The cushion is light colored; not gray, so not much contrast there.  Fairly easy to put together, even by me.  Need a phillips screwdriver which is not included, but the other tool is.  Overall, it will work for a small child easily enough.  Cute.

It is nice, easy enough to put together BUT the whole piece is def smaller than I was expecting. Would be much nicer if it was a foot bigger all around! I bought fabric storage bins and they are too big for the small spaces!

This bookcase was purchased for my nursery. I wasn't around when my husband assembled however as soon as I saw it I said this is pretty damaged like from use don't you think? He replied he didn't notice until after assembly all the flaws. It's not the great quality but it isn't the worse Id say it was a value if mine hadn't arrived in these conditions. Walmart is now sold out of this item which I still would like it for the space I envisioned but would prefer a replacement. I'm not happy with receiving a used damaged product. I'm due to have my babies in just a few days delivering twins and the chat help feature says to return in store in original packaging, disassembly %26 in person return is time we don't have right now and this was on sale. It's just annoying.

Wanted to love it, got a used damaged item.
