So far so good. only been using it for a couple weeks now, but so far it's been great. Went from a two handle to a single handle and the operation of this Faucet is very easy to use. Seems very well made & looks great. A friend installed it for me, which he said was an easy installation.

Beautiful design. Instant upgrade to the look of my kitchen. Easy to clean. Delivers a steady stream of water. The pull down is a great feature which allows clean up to be a breeze. The controls are easy to manage. I also bought the soap dispenser which adds to the design. It was installed by my plumber who highly recommended Artic Steel due to its beauty and smug proof design. I am so pleased with this faucet. I needed to replace my Delta faucet after 20 years it was time for it to retire.

Have not had it very long, but my Delta faucet is working beautifully and looking beautiful, too. Delta had been my go to faucet for years because it is a workhorse but design seem to fall behind other brands, so I strayed for a while. I am back because the other faucet brands may have looked nice in the short term but they did not hold up and Delta has surpassed the other brands in style, as well. If my new faucet continues to work as well as it is, I will be a Delta customer forever. My husband praised the ease of installation. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

So far, I love my new Delta faucet.

Looks great. We love the magnetic seal. The sprayer wand is plastic, which is my biggest complaint. I ordered a spare, and it wasn't cheap. We added a second weight to the hose to get the wand to return to it's place. Even with the light weight of the plastic wand, the weight that came with the faucet wasn't heavy enough to draw it back. Installation was straightforward, but the instructions could have been more clear. It seems solidly made. I hope it lasts a long time.

Mostly good

The faucet works well, but I have two issues with it. The first is practical; it's difficult to regulate the force of water and it often splashes, especially when in the spray mode. The second is aesthetic. For some reason, the switch that allows one to go from stream to spray is not centered correctly so it always looks like it's on spray. Not sure if this is a design issue, or a problem with my specific faucet.

Solid and functional, but annoying splash

I hate this faucet.  I had to have it professionally installed and the sprayer does not work properly.  If I set it on normal (no spray), the water still comes out in several streams other than the one main stream.  I cannot afford to change it because I have to hire someone to do it for me and that costs as much as the faucet cost.
