Essa kitchen faucet was chosen for it's clean lines from a picture and we were not disappointed. We felt buying a Delta product was a good bet for quality and performance based upon my previous experience with Delta faucets.
This faucet is large at first but quickly becomes integrated into the sink area. It's quality becomes evident as you touch and use the product. You could buy cheaper but you would miss out on owning a high quality product. Easy to install with minimum experience. Buy it once and use it for years. We are very pleased.

We have been using this faucet for a couple of weeks now. Very pleased with it! 

The fit and finish are excellent. And the Touch20 feature is really handy. (Although, it takes some getting acclimated to avoid getting a wet sleeve when reaching for the paper towel and accidentally brushing your arm on the faucet). ;)

Coupled with our new Kohler apron front sink, and when our Dekton Tundra counters are installed, this will be a focal point in our new kitchen.

I love the fact I can easily turn the water off and on without any effort. I believe I am turning it off more when washing dishes by hand and saving water and money. Also being able to set the temperature and not scalding my hands or having the water being too cold is a great convenience.

Love it

This Delta faucet replaced a 4 year old faucet that was leaking! This new Delta faucet makes a great improvement in our kitchen! No more leaks! No more messy faucet handle! The area behind the faucet and the back splash stays dry! The pull out hose is very flexible and goes back easily into the parked position. THIS IS A GREAT FAUCET!

This faucet makes my kitchen modern!

I chose this faucet because of the Delta name and reputation. Love the sleek look and ease of operation. The Touch20 technology is innovative and a boon while cleaning and cooking with messy hands. I wish the water flow was higher. Not enough pressure to rinse food off dishes. Also the water will occasionally turn on and off by itself. The temperature sensor is a great feature. Oh, and people love to try out the touch feature. There goes my water bill!

Has some flaws.

The first one I ordered had the nut missing that mounts the faucet. I sent it back and they sent me another one. It worked fine for about 2 days, then started turning on by itself and also when the disposal turned on. I had to wiggle the wires to get to stop. Then it got to where it wouldn't go on by touching it. I had to wiggle the wires more to get it to go on. I finally gave up and removed the electronics and set it to operate manually. It works fine manually. If I had known what I know now, I would have bought a manual one to begin with and saved myself a hundred dollars or more!

great features but they don't work

We needed an amazing looking faucet to top a large copper farmhouse sink which is the centerpiece of a full kitchen remodel. After extensive searching we found this Delta Essa 2.0 and fell in love with it. We wanted a large copper or bronze faucet with a long pull down spray hose and this unit met our specifications. After a challenging installation we turned the faucet on and instantly reolized we had failed to research water flow rate or connection pipe diameter. 
We love this faucet as long as it's not running. All of the features work exaclty as advertised from the touch features to the temperature light. Remember I said this was on a large single basin farm sink? The water volume from this faucet is so low and slow we could never fill the sink to was dishes. Filling a large pot to boil water takes so long you can walk away and come back. After owning it for over a month it has become a real disappointment in our full kitchen remodel.

Looks great but.

Remember that movie Dumb & Dummer? When  he demonstrates the most horrible sound in the world . 
That's the sound of the sprayer makes, as it sticks between spray and stream. Disassemble and clean would probably take care of it.(calcium deposit) However, the sprayer can't be taken apart, it is sealed off.  Only two years old and needs repair or replacement if a sprayer can't be had.

The product, designed to control the flow of water is made with materials which rust... Seriously, after two years of use, the magnet which attaches the sprayer head to the main body is rusted to a point where it no longer sits flush. This is an expensive premium faucet, especially when you get the Touch2O version. It's just blatantly unacceptable.
