This product was installed during a remodel in 2016. We love the look and function of the fixture but temperature handle has become loose to the point that it detaches easily. It has loosened over time with normal use and now comes off when adjusting the temperature. What is your suggestion to alleviate this issue?

Nice Look but Frustrating

This product is not worth the steep price. The whole thing is made of what feels like cheap plastic. It's probably some form of polycarbonate but it doesn't say that anywhere on the product page and for the price it's something I would have liked to have known before purchasing. It all feels and sounds very cheap. The two handles do not move independently. Anytime you move the pressure handle it brings the temperature handle with it and if you don't have it fully open that you can't reach the full range of temperatures. The two handles also sit too far apart from each other and the pressure handle is wobbly. Again for the price this shower trim is NOT worth it. Don't buy.

Not worth the price.

While we like the size and features of the T17264-SS we've been extremely disappointed in the finish! The care instructions claim it can be cleaned with a damp cloth and soft towel. We used this once and we CANNOT REMOVE THE WATERSPOTS! The other items we have that come in contact with our water do not have this problem - sink faucet, grab bar, second bath faucet and shower head. I conclude it's not our water. We have not used any cleaners on this and it's only been used for a week. How do we clean this so it looks presentable. This is awful.

Can't clean

As you'll read in the Q&A section, this product is entirely plastic. When using the shower diverter, we get a drip/leak from the tub spout down the wall. Plumber suggested silicon taping the fitting. I have a hard time believing this issue isn't related to the cheap plastic material and the performance we're seeing. Very disappointed and don't know what to do now. Installed a few months ago in our brand new house.

Not happy with this product

We have had this unit installed for approximately 10 months. The temperature control knob is extremely wobbly and feels cheap. For as expensive at this shower system costs, the fit and finish of this does not hold up. Tried to contact Delta for warranty support but had a hard time getting through as there were 23 other people on hold. Left a message for call back. Will update review as more info becomes available. Tried to upload YouTube video.
