Showed up as scheduled. Took about 10 min to assemble.  Is sturdy.  Is useful in bedroom to hang a few clothing items each night and also hang 5 or 6 hats that I wear often.  So the rack is a helpful organizer tool.

perfecf little shoe rack for my doorway entrance, especially for the price and can use it for more than just shoes. easy to assemble a little tedious but easy.  i thought it was more cabinet like but it has like a  zipper  cover you put over the rack.

I PURCHASED TWO HAT RACKS AND LOVE THEM, I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE RACKS TO ANYBODY TO HOLD HATS, LT. JACKETS, ETC.

HAT RACKS

I just finished the assembly of the unit, but I find it odd that they sent white caps and washers with a black unit. when you order a certain color you expect everything to be that color. (Black unit, Black hardware) I will probably paint them Black to match,or buy replacement pieces. Also washers had 1 flat side and 1 concave curved side, but i assumed that they go between the post and the hooks for cushion,and dent protection. I would've liked 2x as many so 1 could go between the post and hook,and 1 between the hook and screw. Also ended up adding 4 self tapping metal screws to keep the 2 sections from coming apart,as people remove their items from the unit.

We needed something non-obtrusive, yet fairly attractive and functional,  This fit the need and we are pleased,

Assembly as soon as I received it. Missing one white washer and the white caps for the ends of the pipes are not tight fitting. One fell off when I went to hang a purse and bumped it. Otherwise it's an okay thing. I'm going to glue the loose caps on.

Missing piece, loose pieces.

There are 2 main things i dislike about this item. First thing is i ordered the black hanger but they gave me white caps to put on the ends which looked very out of place. Second thing being is that the bottom only has 3 legs which made the whole hanger unsteady so you had to place your coats a certain way otherwise it wld tip over so i wish it came with 4 legs to keep it more steady. I do like that it had 2 rows to hang things like scarfs, hats, or more jackets. Its a good buy if you are own a budget but overall I dont think i would recommend.

Unsteady %26 mix matching pieces.

two things I didn't like where, the white caps for the end of the poles. if the were black it would look nicer.  Secondly the two main poles that connect to each other can easily come off. that should of been a click or snap in place so when you pick it up it doesn't come off.

Extremely difficult to assemble with no real instructions. And the screws that came with an Allen wrench could have been regular screws that you could use a power screwdriver on. Instead, there are 22 screws that must be, very carefully, installed using a tiny wrench. I'm only keeping it because it took too long to assemble.

Very poor design and a nightmare to put together because of the way its designed. The whole thing only weighs a couple pounds. no weight on the bottom.  Nothing can be hung on it without countering the weight on the opposite side or it falls over. id semd it back but too much of a pain tontake apart. bent it in half and tossed in the dumpster!
