Works well and does a good job. Definitely need two coats. I appreciate the fact that they now make the lid plastic so the kilz paint doesn't destroy the top for future applications.

I think I liked this better than the Behr Premium Which I used for the first coat of my deck. I felt like I got a lot of bang for my buck here as it coded very well and Im vWhich I used for the first coat of my deck. This product was not what I was expecting for the price .  I intended to use it for a specific project, but after a few coats I have up and went to a regular stain with the red tint and combined it with another stain.  Probably would have worked eventually but taken twice as long as the other brand I used.

Not as great as I expected

I am very disappointed in this product. It says cedar stain so I thought it would be a reddish brown color. It is bright orange. Now I am going to have to return it and spend hours and more money to repaint over my fence and gate.
