I bought these for my son who is on the Autism Spectrum.  He also has Sensory Processing Disorder and struggles with certain textures and the way things fit his body.  He has outgrown the style we have been buying since he was a toddler and these were a great alternative.  They have cloth covering the elastic of the waist band, which is fantastic for my kiddo.  He is happy with the fit and the fabric.  Zero complaints, which is a huge win.  The only downside is that this style is hard to find in stock in the size we need.

My grandson son has sensory issues and this perfect for him! Thank you not many companies are doing this, too bad because there is a need.

I found them to run very true to size. I will definitely be sticking with the Hanes True Comfort boxer briefs for my boys.
