Ideal for short trips and personal airline items.

Item has a stylish and attractive appearance.

Pretty soft red color textured fabric.  Size is good for airline requirements of 16.53 x 12.6 x 9.8 although not sure why description has 4 inches for one of them.
Interior has good space with snap out pocket.  Can slide over handle of checked bag. Traveling in March so haven't used it yet but I am happy with it!

Underseat luggage

so I purchased this bag, so I wouldn't have to pay to carry on fee for Frontier airlines. This bag fits in the personal item sizer Wheels(2) were great sturdy fashionable and best of all no luggage fees great product would definitely recommend and purchase again.

No company makes bags like Rockland. I've ordered several. They look great, sturdy good wheels and handles plus pull handle. Good price fast processing and shipping no shipping charges. Bags are sturdy material holds things good.

Rockland bags rock

This is a perfect size personal item for flights. I love the color, material, and all the pockets for storage.

Perfect travel bag

Size is great for packing for a 3 day weekend.  Zipper is a little sticky %26 the handle is a little shaky but I was able to drag it thru 3 airports without any problems. The bag had to go in the overhead compartment on the planes since it would not go under the seats as advertised.

Great suitcase

I bought this as an under-the-seat bag for an airline that it was too big for! The info on the airline website had the numbers wrong so I couldn't use it as an under-the-seat bag. But thankfully I used it in another airline as a carry-on and it worked great. It's got plenty of pockets but use caution because I could not zip the bag closed and had to take some things out. It still worked out fine and I love the bag.

Great carry-on bag

Great buy, it holds more than you'd think it does and I love that it fit nicely on top of my checked bag to make walking easier. 

Deducted 1 star because the handle seems flimsy and is sometimes hard to pull up. I've used this on 1 trip so far, we'll see how it holds up.

Great Carryon

Love all the pockets, handle and luggage strap. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I ordered it in red and it was not really red more of a raspberry or burgundy color not the vibrant red the photo shows. I was hoping to match the red flowers in my suitcase but it does not. Also it’s so tall that the handle of my suitcase it right at the top which makes it difficult to maneuver.
