I've purchased these 5 years ago and they held up very well.  When I ordered these 6 more, the material had marks in the velvet on some of the six.  It was too hard to get to get the three that were damaged returned and replaced not knowing if the replacements would be also. So returned them all.  They are good chairs but the velvet didn't arrive well mostly due to poor packing and delivery.

So far, I love these chairs. I had a table made and these were perfect for it. The are very comfortable. They were not difficult to put together.  I highly recommend them.
