I overpaid because I wanted one to match my kitchen;  mixers are available for a third of the price  but they aren’t as pretty.  There are dough hooks and a whisk included, and a surprise storage box to keep them together and set the mixer on.  My only complaint is the speed switch is either too sensitive or too ‘short’; I always shove it into 2 or 3 and have to back it down to low.

Overpriced but‘beautiful’

A little more than I wanted to spend, but I had purchased a crockpot/slowcooker by Drew Barrymore in the same color. I love the special touches that make it user-friendly. The wall mounted storage rack is easy to install, and the holder accommodates the .mixer and all accessories

Hand mixer

This hand mixer is THE NICEST one I've purchased in my 65 years!  It is exactly as advertised.. BEAUTIFUL!  The cord on this hand mixer is round %26 comes out of the side of the mixer instead of put the back where it gets in the way. The cord is a heavy duty round cord. I absolutely love this Beautiful hand mixer! Thank you Drew  Barrymore!

A great little blender, came damaged though. The front tab to lock the mixer onto the storage container is broken so the mixer just lays in the bucket. I imagine if it came damaged during shipment then it is easy to break so don't let that be the selling point. The reviews on how well it works and the additional accessories make this a good buy.

Good mixer, bad storage design

I am a senior citizen, accustomed to heavier weight, built for the long run equipment. This mixer is made with lighter material than I am used to and only comes with one whisk attachment, a disappointment. On the plus side is the way it stores the attachments in its base, I like that. It is powerful enough for mixing flour/cake mixes and eggs. I have not used it for heavy duty mixing such as bread yet. And even though it only comes with one whipping attachment, it does whip cream ok. It just takes longer to do the job. Easy to clean, beaters go into dishwasher fine. I am satisfied with it overall.

Helpful for basic mixing needs

The hand mixer is gorgeous feels good and is easy to hold, however the switch to initially turn it on is a bit of a pain to just turn it to the low speed with out flipping it to higher speeds all at once. It is the same way turning it off too. It's feels stuck, with that said i deal with it and turn it on before putting it in what I am mixing. Maybe it's just mine but if the button were bigger and labeled on on the speed it would help or if it had a push to unlock and turn on mechanism.

Very difficult to push the release button for the utensils to be released from the mixer. It does not work. You have to pull them out, which is very inconvenient.

Not a fan

I chose hand mixer over the Kitchenaid one because it was more aesthetically appealing and had more settings. I’ve made several cheesecakes with it and have found it is difficult to maneuver, change speeds, and my biggest complaint is how stuff gets stuck in the front of the mixer where it has openings. It’s difficult to clean and I have to use q-tips to get it all out. I will likely get a different one soon.

Hard to clean

Disappointed in the functional design of this hand mixer: a.) speed adjustment on handle is 'left to right' adjusting instead of 'up and down' adjusting, which makes it more difficult to operate one-handed while mixing; adjustment lever does not operate smoothly. b.) cord continuously gets in the way. c) mixer does not sit solidly on the counter if you put it down (for example to scrape the bowl}. It wobbles and falls over easily.

Pretty but not recommended.

I have had the item for less than 10 months and used it less than 20 times and one of the beaters broke while mashing potatoes.  You can't buy extra or replacement beaters and standard beaters don't fit this model. Not worth the money even if it is aesthetically pleasing.
