Went that night to outdoor event.   It was 19 degrees and both sets of the handwarmers were charged when removed from box and did keep hands very warm.  Kept them in pocket and put hands in pocket to warm them.  Did have gloves on too.  The kids used them to warm their cheeks too.

This work AMAZING!!! Im buying 2 more packs and going to sew pockets on a blanket or throw so its a portable heated blanket. i bought the sunbeam portable heated blanket and it doesnt do much when its really cold but these WOWWWW! DON'T HESITATE THEY WILL DEFINITELY KEEP YOU WARM!!!

Much improved over previous version,  these do get warm and will last a couple hours.
Definitely worth the cost if you have reasonable expectations,   works great in coat pocket on a freezing day will last 2 hours or so at high level.
Cannot feel much heat at low level at all.

good value for money work great at high for 2 hrs

We're using them for chilblains and Reynards work well 👍🏽 we use them on high heat and they last a little less than advertised but still have good heat. They are a bigger size so in a pocket is kinda awkward. But they do go to warm up the core also, armpits or chest. The clunky design feels like you're holding a box that is a little too big and thick. Over all a great deal and helps a lot! 
Have not used the charger feature. 
Both charge as expected. The cords they come with are very short.

Good for what you need

Great product. Does exactly what i needed them to. They get plenty warm and last a decent amount of time. Only thing that could use some work would be the positioning of the warmer button on the device.

Warms hands as they should

These electric heaters are pretty great. I haven't used them as an external battery for my electronic devices yet, but it seems like they would be adequate in a pinch, especially while flying in a jet without USB or other electrical outlets. 

I used the heaters in conjunction with a hunting hand warmer pouch. The pouch wasn't really designed to be used with anything as bulky as these heaters - it had a separate pocket, but there was too much insulation between the pocket and my hands and hardly any insulation between the pocket and the outside air - if that had been reversed, I think it would have been more comfortable. But I digress - those were issues with the warmer, not the heaters. They kept my hands warm enough to type on my phone for a couple of hours in 18  inches of snow and temperatures around 10 F. I used the middle setting as I found that I needed a warmer environment as my hands got cold from typing water meter readings. 
My only complaint is that it is too easy to change the temperature settings. You have to press and hold to turn the heaters on or off, but after that, you only have to tap the button to cycle through the heat settings. As a result, one or the other would periodically get too warm or too cold. That was annoying, and I wished that there was like a two-button system or a press-and-hold requirement for changing the settings. On the upside, they warm up quickly and are super easy to adjust. On the downside ... you would have to be really careful to prevent them from changing the settings as they bounce around in a pocket while you walk.

Effective with easy-to-change controls

Works great as a wired hand warmer for the office. Charge to 100% and you can leave it on HIGH while plugged in and the battery won't drain! I will say the flashlight button was stuck on one and completely broken in the other, so don't buy it for that.

Works while plugged in

These were a great purchase. The price was nearly too good to be true. The heat up fast and last for a long time. Now that the cold weather is gone, they've done a great job charging my phone when I'm on the go. The only thing I didn't like was that the button that turns on the heat can easily be pressed when I have them stored in my backpack resulting in them not being fully charged when I get ready to use them or them getting other items that I have in my bag hot when that may not need to be. Besides that, I absolutely love them.

Hot and Handy

These heat well on Medium and High but one big issues is a design flaw. The button to adjust heat level is too easy to push when holding the hand warmer, which constantly causes me to turn it from High to Low (which is barely warm at all).

Button presses accidentally

The product does, in fact, work and work well. However, the batter drains super fast, it's about a percent a minute on medium. I can only imagine how fast it would be on high. So while it does work, the product is a fail unless you want it for short periods of time.
